Hi I was referred by a friend. I am a 28 year old male student getting a MBA. I am doing this in Pennsylvania, even though I am “from” New Jersey. I know I am old but I can pass for a lot younger, because I am in shape among other things. I would say I am interested in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), just to gain a competitive edge at the club scene. There are not as many good clubs here, but still it would be nice to have some sort of “magic” advantage. I wonder how much of this is psychological (placebo effect). I mean, you buy a pheromone, and you believe it gives you an advantage, therefore you have more confidence. But let us say pheromones work. What do you guys recommend for club scence to attract girls into your pants? ---

Hey there PowerOver9000 and welcome to the forums! As a fellow anime watcher, which one did you pull that name from? Yes, that’s right, i’m calling you out. Oh, and 28 isnt that old. There are people here who are 60 and going strong, so dont you go insulting them. 😉 As for the placebo effect, i would have to say yes and no? Yes, there is added confidence by wearing something new, same as if you got a new cologne you KNEW smelled good or if you wore some new, fancy clothes. You might be a bit more daring in your social interactions, yes? But when people report that they are shopping in the grocery store and women pause beside them, give them looks for no reason, and such, part of it has to be working, yes? At least from my own experiences they seem to and thats what matters to me. Now there are plenty of “clubbing mixes” people have devised. Before giving you any advice, lets hear a bit more about you. What kind of personality do you have, shy or outgoing? What kind of girl were you hoping to attract? AKA age, ethnicity, personality? Hello and welcome to the forum. From New Jersey but going to school in PA. Don’t know anybody else here going to school in PA. LOL. (Hint: there are a couple) I think Mr. Feel Good is righ about the placebo effect. There is some placebo effect - in that knowing you have something extra on your side you can be more confident. But it is not all placebo effect - these products really do work. They work so well there are a couple I do not use much. Mr. FG is also right about needing a little bit more information about you to help and for you to qualify for that gift certificate. Hello, welcome to the forum. Both The Boss and Mr. FG have asked all the _good_ questions and offered some great advice, but I’m going to choose to disagree with their notion of a placebo effect (somebody’s gotta play Devil’s Advocate, why not have the Devil himself do it?) Most people believe that by placebo effect occuring, that there’s really nothing there, but their mind tricks them into believing the effect they expect is taking place anyway. So, if you’re walking down the street and you’re wearing [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and nobody is bowing as you cut a path through the crowd, but _you feel **fantastic** _, it must be the good old placebo effect. It can’t be that pheromones don’t work like that or people don’t react that fast or in that environment or that you have the wrong dose that day because you used a soap in the shower that had a negative effect on how long your IS works or that you put the IS on 7 hours ago or that you’re walking against the wind and the people you’re passing are turning around to look at you but you don’t notice or two dozen other factors… After all, there\* is\* a reason why we aren’t told what the putative products are when we test them. No expectations on the testers part of what they’ll “uncover.” No chance of a placebo effect. It could be argued that we feel more confident because _we know_ what pheromones we’re wearing, and I don’t deny that such reasoning can have _some effect, but_ maybe\*\* we’re also still getting those self-effects because the products _are working_, affecting us subconsciously also, even though the self-effects are supposed to diminish and disappear with time. I rest my case. 😃 ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 While there is a small percentage of placebo effects with mones it can not account for all the behavior changes you see with them. However there is no magic, its science. People have alway communicated with the senses. The olfactory senses has just been ignored because visual and verbal are so prominent for us. So its part of the way we attract and communicate. Understanding how it works and why gives you a edge on the competition who are relying solely on there other senses to communicate. I think BH’s picks are great to start with. AMMO IO and Ishine are the basics in most every pheroguy’s arsenal. Jasmin, i think most the single guys want this one answered. 😉 I kid, i kid… There is no single pheromone that is gonna make the ladies fall on their backs for you… thats not how pheromones work. Alot of its gonna be you and your game. As to what might draw their interest, let’s see… Ammo would probably be your first choice, since it’s a -none based product (sexual) with 2 social pheromones to buffer it out and a cologne already mixed in to add a classy scent to you. While certain mixes will tend to appeal more to one demographic more then others but there is no one product to attract young hot white chicks. The same formula will attract cougars and milfs and ones that may not appeal to your tastes as well as other races. Since they just give you a edge its your choice how you react to this attention. If you looking for “just the one night stand” and are looking in the club scene then I suggest TUTH. It will weed out the ones interested in more then that. AMMO will cause arousal but also interest and attraction. It has more depth then TUTH alone which is blatant sexuality. IFM to cause comfort and ease as well as get past last minute resistance will help. A314 is more for work …it brings more respect and higher value if you just want some A\*\* stick to AMMO - TUTH - IS but DONT mix AMO and TUTH and ya have fun.
