hi guys my name is Michael 33 years old from London UK, but originally from Poland ’ hope you deliver [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) to europe ’ I been reading this forum long time and learn some useful stuff, have very little experience with pheromones, only been using chikara so far with very good results, even one night stands but would like go step forward, what I am interesting about is TUTH or Ammo that looks like is one of the best and if I will get $25 off my order probably I will give a go and test on me, little bit about me, I am interesting about PUA ’ pick up artist ’ well I can call myself one so approaching women on the street or wherever she is and start chatting and flirting, I been coaching few guys as well and try to help how to become more confident and more alpha, I am looking for some good pheromones… experimenting at the moment and want to see if they make big difference thanks ---

Hey Lafaille, welcome. For PUA I would definitely go for ammo or TUTH. Ammo would be probably the more usable one, but TUTH can be good on bars or clubs. It would probably be good to have some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to put everyone in a feel good mood. But I think for just starting out, Ammo is a very good option. ---

Hello Michael, What I usually suggest is the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you would get everything to try and see for yourself what pheromones can do. The kit will have the very best they have to offer and most of the products are from the instant line and will also include A314 in spray form! This way you can test to see what really is the best fit. I will still suggest a few that I think you will get the most out of to start with. **Ammo** If anything else I would get this one. For attraction and great for daygame to. Very balanced with [pheromones for attraction](https://a314.com/product-category/sensual-pheromones/), status, and comfort/talking so you can not go wrong with it. **IShine** Will boost your confidence and put everyone in a great mood. One of my favorites as this goes with anything and for any environment. A plus is it will bring out even more attraction out of Ammo to! Hello and welcome to the forum. I would run with Justintime’s advice. The Men’s Kit and ammo will actually be your best friends. After that, CTTM2 will probably go a long way to helping get those conversations started. TUTH is a good product, but it is probably not the one you want to lead with out on the street unless it is buffered by something more social like IShine or IO. Hope this helps some. bosshank ---

alright, thanks guys for useful tips, I order ammo so it should be with me in few days, another thing that Im not sure about is dose, I understand that every person should find his sweet spot but for example if for me two sprays work best where is best place to spray them and second spray should go on top first one to be stronger or other place ? maybe thats silly question but those are pheromones not perfumes it my effect results ---

If you want self effects and the mones to hit the target directly and continuously, then the neck is a good area. If you want to not have so much self effects and you want to regulate how much it affects the target, you can spray on your wrists and do hand gestures when you want the mones to hit closer to the person. I find that spreading the sprays out (not layering) tends to be more effective. ---

Being 33 it should be very close to 2-3 sprays total for your age. As far as app point I would not stress this part to much. If you want to effect others more try your wrists or back of hands and work on talking with your hands more to spread the pheromones around. I would try say 1/2 spray each wrist and 1-2 on the neck area should work really good. I would try to spread out your app points if you can to get a broader pheromone cloud.
