# Hello there! 30/f from philly - Looking for Pheromones to make me more approachable?

Hello all! I’m Chrissy and am a newbie to this forum and to the world of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). I’m from Philly and am 30 years old. Haven’t been having much luck with dating—more so because I’m kind of quiet and I think I can come off a bit standoffish. I think people sometimes find me unapproachable. I’m wondering if pheromones would help with making me more approachable and help me to engage and be more open?! If so, does anyone have any recs on any good ones to try?

For helping you to be more open/approachable, the unisex socials - [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (happy/feelgood), IO - (promotes flowing conversation) and IH (Deeper, more bonding Convo) are great. Personally I find the IH/IS combo a great adult conversation mix becasue the IS helps steer the IH away from “Too-Deep” territory and keeps it fun and engaging. IO is better where any conversation is difficult - but it can unleash a torrent of absolute drivel in some people.

For sexuals - IS/A and IS/B are the main female choices. IS/A is a strong, sexually confident and in-charge female vibe and IS/B is a softer more coquettish/kittenish feel.
