I’m a 17 year old guy in Cali and I’ve been lookin into [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)! The reason I started looking into pheromones is because I’m kind of shy when it comes to approaching people. Or maybe just outgoing… So from my understanding instant openness could do the job right? Sounds like it will help me just be more comfortable in front of people. I don’t think instant shine would be good for someone my age, because it seems like that is for people wanting to be more youthful.. What can help me just be overall comfortable and calm in front of people/approaching people? Lookin for that discount to 😉 ---

welcome mykeljee ! i think you have been doing some reading, IO would be a great one to start with. at your age, im not sure that you will need more than a few mixes to have fun with, instant shine being a great second choice. i think these two will not only be self-effective in getting you to initiate communication, but they will provide you with plenty of oppotunity to do so because these are naturally-uplifting and attractive mixes. anyone of any age would be comfortable talking to you, IMO. have fun 🙂 ---

Hey there and welcome to the forums! Looks like Steve did his usual awesome job and fixed whatever glitch was going on. Glad you’re up and running now! So how did you hear about pheromones in the first place? Was it from one of those magazine articles… that maaay have been how i heard about them. I mean, besides from biology class. So you’d like something that helps you open up to people? Instant Openness should help with that, especially if you apply to the neck and upper chest where you’ll get the most self-effects. If you feel shy approaching people, you may also want to look into two other products: Instant Shine and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). Instant Shine gives off a “healthy glow” to the people around you, making them more energetic and upbeat, as well as (and this is the more important part) giving people a self-effect of a boost of confidence. That’ll help you approach more people. Instant Gentleman gives off a cool, smooth vibe that also seems to make older guys seem younger and younger guys seem older. I found out about pheromones on another forum. Baller21 (a member here) posted something about them on another forum. Ooo thanks for all the info, I might wanna try instant openness and instant gentlemen now 😃 ---

Well like I said, I’m shy around people. I always have a smile on my face though 😃 anddddddd… I’m so uncomfortable talking to people who aren’t my close friends or family… Is there anything that can raise the comfort level for me (and others) around strangers? Question: Is it ok to use pheromones while having cologne on? ---

Thank you for providing more information. Yes you can use cologne with your mones it actually can help with diffusion of the products. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) does come in its own cologne but it smells really good sort of like Green Irish Tweed. IG and IO would be a good place to start for you.
