Hey everyone, I came across this site somehow last night while searching something on google, which I forget now :o . So my name is Mark, im 20 years old and born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Currently, I am in the carribean studying at a medical school, and hopefully on the right path towards being known as a doctor in the future. I read about someones post here, it was about boosting self confidence, and I think thats how I found this website. Well yeah, basically I am trying to gain more confidence, being more open and less shy, make some new friends which I am not good at doing and, since I recently lost my old friends, (they weren’t really that good at being friends so yeah) hopefully Ill make some friends and maybe a girlfriend soon since I havn’t ever had one yet 😮 . Yeah its surprising. I didn’t remember what pheremones were, but knew I heard about it before. After googling it, it all came back to me, I had a lesson on it in chemistry class 🙂 . So just looking for recommendations and thanks everyone!! ---

Hey there, Products like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine can help you get over shyness pretty good. Openness is more for conversation and Shine is more for general mood lifting. Ammo might help you out with the girls. It’s a little bit of a confidence boost + an attractant. But none of these things are magic bullets. They can definitely help you, but you’ve got to look for ways to make yourself more outgoing as you try to use them. Best bet would probably be those three. The first two are personal favs of mine. Start out with one or two sprays of one and go out and see if you notice anything. Good luck! ---

Hi Mark welcome to the forum I would go for [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) puts you and other in a good mood. Instant openess or CTTM 2 mix for some good chats, and AMMO for the ladies. A314 might help in school. ---

Hi welcome to the forum! Marty called it, Ammo, IShine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Make sure to read through the sticky threads in the Men’s section to get additional tips. Keep in mind that pheromones will help with your confidence, but kinda like giving the Tin Man a heart in the Wizard of Oz, they are amplifying what you’ve already got. 🙂 Also, read through the links in Tisha the GC fairy’s signature for additional ideas on proper usage.
