Hey everyone! I am very, very new to the wonderful (hopefully) world of pheromones. I was browsing through an online store looking for a cologne and I saw a pheromone product on the best seller list. It made me curious and I did A LOT of research ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. I got to know the effects of each ingredient, read reviews of different products, etc. But the thing is, too much research about lots of products from different sites made me confused on what to order. Iโ€™ve been reading through this site and I can say that this forum has a great, active community. Anyway, I am 23 years old male, Asian, around 5โ€™9", slim. I am average when it comes to socializing with others, but Iโ€™m trying to improve myself everyday :o. Iโ€™m new at work (hospital setting) and I just want to ease out the new guy tension with my co-workers (mostly hispanic and caucasians and a bit older than me). Iโ€™m interested in [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) that just have a mild scent. I was thinking of IO, IH, IS or IG but I am still considering all the other products, like A314 and Ammo. (If only pheromones have their free trials) I wish you guys could help me. Hey there and welcome! For starters I would certainly start with the instant line. IO and IH are great for social situations. They can make people more comfortable around you and can promote chattiness. IS gives off a fun youthful playful vibe that people just love to be around. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great mix for attraction but isnโ€™t too overly sexual to wear just about anywhere. Let us know how things go! ---

Hi Inches - Welcome to Pherotalk! ๐Ÿ™‚ It looks like you have done your homework well as the socials often seem to go down best with Asians. There is a known (general) issue with an intolerance to none, so you need to use it sparingly and buffer it well. The products you will probably find most useful to start off with include: Instant Shine - Fun/feelgood and social. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) - A light suave/status mix based on androsterone, which is noted as very well liked by Asians. IH - Promotes bonding and closeness IO - Promotes flowing conversation. Donโ€™t rule out a little none though - especially in the well balanced form of Ammo but do your sweet spot testing and be prepared to balance it further with socials. Hi and welcome to the forums bro!! As for being confused for which [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) to order, its definitely a smart investment to order from AD, considering this forum itself is a great asset in getting to know reviews from there website without blessedness from others!!! Also considering your around my age and Asian as well, a little none can go a long way considering Asians usually have a low none production. Maybe try ammo since it does promote a sexy attractive vibe without being sexual at all. Throw in some IG and add some charisma in there ๐Ÿ˜‰!!
