Hi all! I am a 41 year old woman in the U.S., looking to rekindle the sexy side of my marriage…would love some advice about what sorts of pheremones to consider. Also, are there any rules about when and how often to use these things? Thanks for all your help! ---

Welcome flygirl, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie.
