I am new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). I’d heard about them quite often, but didn’t know much about them until I’d visited this site. I’m excited to try them out! ---

I am a 27 year old female currently living in the US. I’d like to up my confidence level as I am almost painfully shy. Does anyone have any suggestions on what [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) I should start with? ---

Not a female pheromone expert here, but unisex wise, IO sounds right up your ally. It helps promote happiness and talking around the wearer. +happiness +talking Also a cheaper solution is [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), it’s more of a energy boost than anything and helps keep things upbeat around you for a hour to a few hours. Though it does have a noticeable crash for first time users if you spray on a lot. But if you want to see more noticeable attraction, actually using the female sprays would be better, can’t say what though, don’t know much about those. ---

It isn’t a surefire thing, but Instant Sexiness A is supposed to be the confidence/sexy [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) from AD. (Most men use either A314, P75 or Ammo for confidence from what I’ve read although I use IG + IH. Ammo really does jack for me in that department. For women IS/A is the main one I read about although the odd other putative was mentioned in my reading, but nothing stands out). As for the others, XyzN hits the nail on the head. Instant Openness will really help with chatting also Instant Shine. IO is dang pricey though. If on a budget just try Instant Sexiness A in a togo and full bottle of Instant Shine (really can’t go wrong with it). ---

Welcome Tisha, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie. We are short staffed and these gift certificates are done manually. It takes a great deal and I am back logged. I am hoping that when I catch up on my work, I can start answering these intro threads the way I use to In fact, I am hoping that soon, someone more experienced than me can come in so I get to do what I am great at, customer service.
