I am not familiar with the female line of products from a quick read of [this](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/womens-pheromone-guide/4258) [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A would be more suiting for your personality. As for being a little shy try some IO, IH, or IS. IS is listed as a mens product but been used by both sexes with good success.
