well, i have plenty of suggestions, but the most important thing is that if she is an “ex”, in what atmosphere will you be seeing her?  
if it were in a class, or at work, it would be a different suggestion than say if you were seeing her at the club.  
my default response is always Ammunition; a guy wears this and i would rather be breathing _that_ than oxygen. if your girl gets a whiff of that, you atleast have her attention. your foot is officially in the door 😉  
how did you both leave it?
