Hi there, I’m not good at talking about myself so please bare with me..Im a 43 year old guy from the the east coast..somewhat shy and laid back but I tend to come across very aloof and nonchalant, and even arrogant. However none of these perceptions are true. I’m a very warm caring person, just a bit quiet and shy… because of this people often times take me as unapproachable. The women who have always found me most attractive are very aggressive women who are “on the hunt”. I’m working on changing that and hopefully [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) can assist in opening the door to the sweeter more spiritual types that I’m most attracted to. I dont think heavy androstenone products are for me as I’m a bit too “Dracula” as it is. 🆒 Thank you and good day! ---

Welcome to the forum. The social products, ih and io, might be worth your time exerimenting with. These decrease social distance and make it much, much easier for people to talk to you. Once you give them a conversational opening it is sometimes hard to get them to stop. Ih tends more towards serious conversations, io towards light ones. Both are worth having. Also, take a look at the thread [Is Instant Gentleman sexual, does it increase introversion?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/is-instant-gentleman-sexual-does-it-increase-introversion/189874) . This explains a little about different users experiences with IG. People experience it differently but you my find something there that might further your goals. Let me know your reactions to that thread and if it seems like that one is one you are going to test. It’s one of my favories but as you can see from the poll it does not do the same thing for every person. This is in contrast to IH and IO which show more consistent results over a large range of users. We’ll be looking forward to you reporting back on results if you do try something. ---

There you go, that wasn’t too difficult was it!!! Instant Shine and maybe some [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will be great to help you appear more approachable. I’m not sure about the androstenone wariness, at our age, we have significantly lower levels, hence less sexual tension. It may be that a touch of ammo with some I Shine or may CTTM2 could work minor miracles for you. ---

Hi, welcome to the forum! Great suggestions by Gone and Diamond and it’s good that you see your own “Dracula” side and want to counter-act it. I’d go with Ammo (great female attractant, and is buffered with social pheromones), Instant Shine (gives you that boost of confidence) and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), which encourages lighter chatter. Start out trying each product solo, adding sprays as needed to discover your sweet spot. Later you can spray more than one product on at once (called layering). Hope this helps… ---

Also, there are lniks in my signature thar are very educational as well. Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Great advice from the members. While anone products can be aggressive AMMO is buffered and should not produce that problem as much. Its a great product to start with. IG has a lot going for it as well and may be something to consider. Its smooth and gives a feeling of masculine security. Its Attractive in a less aggressive manner if you feel you “Dracula vibe” is evoking problems. I definitely suggest Ishine and IO to increase socialization as well. Thank you Tisha for the nice post..I ordered the Ammo to start, and yes my “dracula” vibe can scare the “sweet” ladies away..in fact some will go out of their way to make sure I see them NOT looking…its funny. I will get those other social 'mones next to try. Oh, and thank you for the GC…I already placed the order before receiving it so…I guess next time..?
