Also, many things have been said about overcoming that shyness. There are some pheromones that suggest approachability etc, but all of them are best in enhancing and promoting what’s already there, rather than filling gaps and working against your personality. You’ll getter better responses to any contact you make with people while using pheromones (if using them right of course), so it can be also easier to find the courage to make it, knowing that. Pheromones send a signal about the person that produces/wears them. That signal suggests certain qualities and is received subcounsciously by others. If it’s too different to other signals they get from you - like your body language, eye contact etc - they will get confused. So it’s important to try and break the shelf in other ways as well.
