I just wanted to say hi and get some of your opinions on which product I should try first. My situation is basically this; I’m a relatively good looking chap and I’ve been enjoying the single life since I was 18, and have had no troubles getting what I want (which is basically one night stand fun). However, about 18 months ago I started seeing this girl who was really fun and great to be with to start off with. It all became really serious really quickly, so much so that before I knew it we were seeing each other every day. Anyway, I soon realised that this isn’t what I want; she started to get needy and asking me what I was up to all hours of the day and so I broke it off. The whole situation must have affected me more than I realised as since then, whenever I went out I shunned any type of attention from females, to the point where I have actually turned down ‘sure things’ when out - something which I never used to do. So now, 18 months on, I feel like I’ve managed to put the whole affair behind me and I wish to get back into the game, so to speak. The problem is that my confidence has been knocked, and now when I go out I haven’t even got the confidence to talk to any girls, and I’m sure they can sense this about me. I’m basically looking for a pheromone (if one does exist) which will essentially give my appeal to the fairer sex a slight boost, such that they may start making some of the first moves again which will hopefully get my confidence back up again. I was looking at the Ammunition pheronomone to help me acheive this, what do you guys recon to this idea? Anyway, many thanks for any help you can give me, I’m so glad I’ve found this forum, I’ve known about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for a while but never thought of actually giving them a go until now! ---

Hi ch5497, Welcome to the forum I think you should try Instant Shine to boost your confidence, Ammo for attraction and maybe [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to work as an ice-breaker and make you more approachable. Remember to test each product individually first, so you can find your sweet spot. And take a look to the sticky threads, there is a lot of information. Good luck ---

Welcome ch5497…wow, what a thing to go thru. You do know that was NOT your fault, right? I hope so. Anyways, I mirror ohshit’s recommendation with pairing the Shine and Openess with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). I love the way Shine really picks me up and I feel really good wearing it. I really do admire that you picked yourself up despite what happened. All the suggested pheros can help with a boost, I would also suggest [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) for dating. Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Please read “what mones can do and what they cant do” The link is in my signature below. I suggest you use AMMO and Ishine. I would suggest IH to increase interaction but it brings with it a feeling of closeness and connection which I am not sure you want for one night stands. You could try IO which is more chatty fun and friendly to increase approaches to. The mixes above can boost your confidence a little but I sense you feel guilt which is why your confidence is low. Hey everyone, thank you all so much for your very quick and extremely informative replies. I think I will go along with what Tisha recommended for my first order and try Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), I will report back once I’ve managed to use them with the results! As I’m sure a lot of people were, I am still fairly skeptical about these things working, but I guess it’s a case of ‘nothing ventured, nothing gained’, eh? Anyway, thanks to all again for your information and making me feel welcome. 🙂
