# Hello to everyone

Well hello to you all. I am writing from Ontario Canada, I am 22 years old and male.

I am still not sure about the real power of pherormones but I am quite willing to give it a try. Just got my self TuTH and Instant Magic. We’ll see what happens 🙂 As a scientist, I know what they do in animals in nature but I guess my inherent thirst for proof drives me to question everything until I have some kind of tangible proof.

I hope to be reporting good news soon : )

Read up on androstenone and od before you start using Turn Up The Heat. It’s a little tricky, especially for younger guys.

Welcome to the forums and to the world of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). Gone is quite right - from what I have read - finding your “sweet spot” dosage of Turn up the heat can be slightly tricky. But also from what I have read it is more than worth the effort. 🙂

Just don’t forget to post and tell us all how you get on with it 🙂
