Hello to everyone. I recently discovered this site about a month ago, and have been reading about [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and what they do. With in a week of reading I decided to place and order, so currently I have IH, IS, AMMO, and IOx2 that was thrown in as a gift. All are to go bottles. I’ve only tried the IS and AMMO so far seprately and applied one spay at a time to my neck area. While wearing them I haven’t notice much reaction to them from others. One thing I do know is that the three times I’ve applied AMMO it has given me a headache after about and hour or so of wearing it. Also, I find these products to have a strong smell to them like a normal cologne fo ex: my normal cologne spray of nautica voyage or kenneth cole black. More than one spray from my normal cologne seem overpowering; this is the reason I haven’t tried more than one spray of mones. They don’t seem very subtle to me. Maybe my nose is just sensitive. As for a little about me: I am a male, 22, 5’9" tall, 180lbs, mechanic, extremely shy, and reside near the Kansas City, MO metro area. I am not a social guy. When meeting new people I tend to only say a few words and usual stay to myself. I am easily made uncomfortable needless to say. All my relationships have been started with the girls engaging contact with me. I always find myself trying to figure out how to proceed with a conversation in my head and seem to analyze how all the different situations might go in which to prevent it from going bad, so I just tend to stay to myself. I’ve been single for about 15 months now from a 5 year relationship and have focused heavily on making my career sucessful. I guess I’m looking for something that will break the ice with new people and help me feel more confident and eased and help me get into the dating scene more easily. Thanks a million in advance. ---

Hey there kcmechanic, For the AMMO, it’s 20% cologne strength so it will be have a stronger scent than the other products. The socials like IS, IH and IO will have by default 6% cologne on it. For me, AMMO is a bit on the strong side of a scent for my tastes. I do get IOI’s from the gals with it though. Does the [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) from IS, IH or IO have any negative effects on you? I’d suggest you start out with IS or IO for you to get out of that shyness. You still need to open up to speak up to others. These mones will just grease those lines of communications… it’ll make others feel comfortable opening up to you. And I definitely agree I need to work on my communication skills, but just hoping the mones will make things a.little easier. Thanks for the advice. ---

If you are having problems with Ammo, I would suggest you try the [World Edition](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/world-edition/) scent - I get-on much better with that and I too get adverse reactions to some scents. As for your lack of results, well pheros are only part of the story - you still have to do most of the work yourself. If it helps any, I came here after a long, long dry spell precipated by a series of crap relationships that left more and more down/withdrawn at their end. I had already done a fair bit of work on my many negative behaviours, personality traits, presentation and body language, with some sporadic success before I found pheros but when I did, it was like the last bit of a jigsaw falling into place. Then I eventually found androtics and the phero/personality advice/info here helped even more. Its a long road back, with many twists but you are now on it! 🙂 ---

Welcome to Pherotalk KCmechanic! The [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) I have been told has a strong smell but you can customize it so it’s lightly scented with a diff scent like neroli. The other products are neroli which to me is not strong at all especially after it dies down so am guessing you are sensitive to smells. I am not sure what you can do about this except allowing the scent to die down and covering with a scent that doesn’t bother you as much. **Your gc was issued! 🙂**
