Hello all. Female, late twenties looking to try out pheromones for the first time. I would like to boost confidence and self-assurance. I have an interview for a job where I need to be confident and have great communication skills. I’m normally not outgoing or a people’s person. And sometimes timid. Hi Aicer, Welcome to this forum. Can you please tell us your age? This information is important. Also, please tell us a bit more about your personnality. As a general recommendation, Instant Shine is a great product to wear on a job interview. It will make you stand out as someone special and will boost everybody’s mood, thus making the interview atmosphere less dramatic than it usually is. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) is also a great choice, this one will induce trust and bonding. They’ll feel as though they know you already. Just make sure to spray IH on your hands, not in your neck to keep yourself from the self effects or else you might say too much of what’s on your mind. Instant Openess is a good ice-breaker, but it will steer conversation towards torrents of shallow stuff. Probably making everybody so babbly that they’ll look at their watches after an hour, stopping the interview, having missed the important questions (lol). Thanks for replying and thanks for the tips! I am 28. My personality is a little timid, introverted, laid-back. Non-confrontational. I would like to seem a little more assertive and enthusiastic. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. I think you had done a good research here on this forum. Indeed you had rightly selected your products in my opinion, IS will boost yourconfidence and will make you feel happier also makes surrounding people happier in this way everybody likes your presence. IO is ice breaker [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). This helps in starting and continuing conversations ( read about self effects too). IH will deepen others trust on you . pose you as a trust worthy person. Would also recommend you to look at MX300. Its said to be a314 of women. Also suggest you to start using the products well before interview so that you will be clear on dosing and how they works for you. Keep posting and take care ---

Hi Aicer, So I think you have it right pretty much with what you are looking for. I would look into the **Women’s Starter Kit** as you would get everything you need to get started. It will have IS/A and IS/B which is for attraction with B being a softer version. I would test B out first because A can be more in your face. It will also have IS, IH, and Io in it. Like Spectrum mentioned I would get MX300 for sure. Now it is always best to solo test each product before making combos. For the job interview for you I would wear MX300/IS/IH this should go very well for you. Good Luck!!! ---

MX 300 I is like A314 for men, but a women’s version I believe. I hope another women comes in that has experience with it. ---

You can find MX300 experience in the women’s journal. Plenty of them have tried it and have great stories shared in their journal. 🙂 ---

I actually have MX300 and will test it out if I ever get to it LOL. I know I am a male though, but testing is so much fun he he. I love peoples reactions especially when I wear a woman’s phero mix. ---
