Hi there. Welcome on board. Don´t be be so shy and tell us something more about yourself. People around pherotalk is friendly and likes to help, but they need to know about your personality and your current situation in order to give you proper advice. In addition to whant Mobocaster suggested, there are some threads you should read in order to get some basic understanding of what to expect from each product and how to use them. I would suggest you to read them a couple of times and even take some notes if it usually helps you. I know it´s not always easy to talk about something you don´t know much about. Hello again guys! I am 30 years old and I am definetly not a shy person! If anything I’m a very confident person and would jus like to use pheromones to enhance me in everyway. If I had to narrow it down…I would probably try to enhance in the romance realm! I think maybe a pheromone that enhances my sex appeal ---

Alpha a314 probably would be my first [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) to try…what’s the difference between the a n b version? ---

Oh… A314/a is more potent per spray than A314/b. /b is more along the lines of A314 oil drop, but, with less staying power than A314 oil. In me, I get about 4 to 6 hours max of effectiveness with the sprays. With the oil, it’s a bit more of a slow burner, may require more exposure time, but its effects will last @ 12 to 15 hours. Since you haven’t used A314 before and you’re interested in trying it out, I’d recommend A314/b. I’ve used all of the A314 products and for someone starting out, A314/b is a good one to start with. I’d also suggest IShine to add a fun enhancement to the A314 vibe. Hope that helps! ---
