Hi Jonathan - Welcome to Pherotalk. I’d suggest you get some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) into your selection as well - Ammo/IS on its own or with IO or IH is one of the best mixes out there. 🙂 As for how many sprays - You can’t really get that just from reading. You have to do your sweet spot testing in real life to see what doses work best for you in different social situations. Esp where Ammo is concerned - The dose you can wear at work or in polite social situations is one thing but you may find you can wear more in a more sexually charged situation like a party or club. It takes a bit of time and effort but is very worthwile in the long run.
