May i recommend that you read the sticky in the women section.  
at least there [Womens Pheromone Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/womens-pheromone-guide/4258/1)

As for more personal advice i let that to others as im kind a new to this too and dont know the lady stuff yet.
