Hey Mal, welcome to the forum. You have found a great source for information on pheromones, and a terrific group of people ready and willing to help you learn about them. Please tell us a little more about yourself, and how you interact with other people, and we will try to point you to products that can help you much better than TUTH. TUTH is more of a product for using after you have met someone and there is already an attraction, and are looking to take things to the next level. It is also a great product for nightclub use. But, it is not really a product to use for initially meeting people. Ammo would probably be a much better choice for you. I would also recommend a few of the social products like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine. Instead of [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) look into [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) its a little less sexually strong then [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) but a great all rounder for all types of occasions **Without** the intimidation factor. Ammo has a really nice masculine scent as well that I enjoy wearing it on myself too plus it has the right amount of sexual [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) without coming on too strong Like TUTH just to recap. Hello Welcome to the forum 🙂 Hmm I am assuming you already bought the TUTH 😕 I suggest with the GC you get some socials to go with it. I know TUTH sounds more exciting but socials are important in attraction and they are what will get you from 1st base to homerun if you catch my meaning. Women need to feel connected and comfortable to act on arousal. So the TUTH can arouse and the socials will close the deal. Hello again all, Here is my thing. I know I will buy “[Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/)” as I have some that I was able to finilise and am looking to add more… This being said, it may not be long term so I’m looking for something I can put in the morning and take the train, go to work, take the train again at night and attract some potential ladies. I cannot say I am shy in itself as once I have an opening, I take the chance and step in…however I need a way to open the doors 🙂 I read your posts and saw most talk about Ammo, Instant Openness, instant Shine and Instant Honesty. Not sure which to go with… Also, this summer, I will probably be going to the park with my 4yr old daughter as I am a single dad…maybe there will be ladies there as well??? Ohh almost forgot…what is the diff between spray and oil??? I should go spray? Thx for your help ---

If you want something for everyday use then go with AMMO. I still strongly urge you to get one social. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) would be my pick. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) should be ok around Children as long as you don’t spray too much kids have sensitive noses and strong smells can give them a headache. The Instant Products should be fine to use in a social setting involving children, Ammo will probably help you out with the opposite sex if that is the effect that you want to attract. Ciao “J” ---
