I’m from Sweden and 31 years old. I’m not very experienced with [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), I have only tried PPA which to my suprise worked pretty well. Now I’m looking for some heavier stuff. This seems to be an excellent place getting advices and inspiration. 😃 ---

Hello Lestrange Welcome to PheroTalk 🙂 I would suggest you Start out with Socials but you want to try heavy stuff soo I would go with TUTH or Ammo bothe very sexual and will get you some great attention from the opposite sex while socializing and make you appear confidant around your friends, A314 is pure respect and trust brings out the Alpha in yourself if you project it while wearing A314 but really less sexual then the other 2 I mention. I still would strongly suggest you pick something from the Instant Social line as it will help you out in the long run with your relationships Maybe Instant Shine or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) you wont be dissapointed as girls will appreciate your heavy buffered down pheromones alot better then coming on strong with TUTH. Hello lestrange and welcome! You dont need to have any experience here, since we are all here to learn more 🙂 You should start with lighter stuff like instant openness. THis get you a lot of conversation and is very fun to use ---

welcome to the forum 🙂 just as Jas said, start with Ishine or IO. IFM can get other males more aggressive or agitated. it can be buffered from angry males by using Ishine, or IO and IH. A314 is a good choice as well. It contains -None which can also agitate men if used at high doses hope this helps bond ---

Hello Welcome to the forum 🙂 A314 is a great product, I would suggest using IH with it. It will up the socialization and make people more comfortable approuching the high status vibe it gves off.
