Hi im trying out [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for the first time. I was not sure what to go vwith so I got the range of to go products. I have not tried them yet but can’t wait to see how they go. Why am I here. In particular I am interested in a particular person, but would like to try it to meet new girls and try to move on. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Sounds great - I did the same thing and have been doing so ever since. What did you get? Let us know when you get them … Be sure to read Renny’s “Stupid Noobie Tricks” in the Men’s section and Tisha’s What pehromones can do and can’t do in the women’s section. Tisha’s will give you a realistic outlook and renny’s will give you a lot of pointers on first time use. ---

Welcome undergroundtom! Everything basic about the product are already covered very well by J 🙂 A few of my favorites are instant openness, ammo and a314. You will make you satisfied in all kind of situations, social, attraction or respect! You can even play with them by spraying a few of this and of that after you are more experienced to get even better results! ---

Okay, so a bit more about myself. I am 21 years young. I am an Australian living in Germany. This IK find helps when meeting girls but also a problem with the language/culture can arise. I have actually tried pheromones before-a product called pheromore-M with negative results. My specific target is my ex-girlfriend, though there is a lot of pain/anger there, so I think more than anything I need to re-establish trust. She is a heavy smoker so I wonder about the effects of pheros being weakened? But I would also like to get out and meet new girls, build up my confidence and maybe I’ll meet someone new.As for what I ordered- I got the entire range of to go products, that is ammunition, 2xIH, 2xIO, 2xTUTH, 2xIS,[Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) as these were cheaper and I could experiment with them a bit. They arrived yesterday so I havent tried them yet. I am worried about the ODing on the Turn Up The Heat or Ammunition, considering I’m so young and the strength. And I would like to know how do these two differ? ---

Welcome to the PheroTalk undergroundtom! What J said is great advice, take it to heart. From what I know, and I have not tried it yet, but Turn up the Heat is far more potent than Ammo is, and is ill-advised in many situations like work or school or public places because of the effects on arousal it can cause. It is great for clubs and places where you are trying to encourage sexual feelings. Ammo can be used in places where it isn’t safe for TUTH as well as in combination with other products. You can easily OD on TUTH, especially if you have no clue how much you should use, where that is harder with AMMO. The best way to learn a lot about everything phero related is to visit every section in the forum and read, re read, then read one more time all the stickies. You don’t need to read them in order, although the “Noob Phero bootcamp” one is where I started and it was great because it offers details on the individual pheromones in each of the products, what they do, and how and how not to use them. My beliefis.. _Read the sticky. Embrace the sticky. BECOME the sticky.’_ Again, welcome, and if you have any questions, dont think that it is too stupid to ask, because that is being foolish. Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Nice order, you could have skipped the 2x on at least the TUTH though. Tuth comes on strong and most guys your age dont need a whole lot of anone. No worries though, you can work with it still. I am assuming you got regular strength AMMO am I correct ? AMMO is a combination of 3 mones. 1/3 of those mones is anone. You get 2.5 mcgs of anone per spray. Not excessively high but age can play a role in the OD factor. The other mones in ammo buffer it and make that less likely. Its a good all round product to have. TUTH also has 2.5 mcgs per spray of anone in it at its regular strength. This means you have 5.0 mcgs per spray. Its not as buffered as AMMO. Its more sexual and comes on much stronger. Good for use in one on one situations or enviroments where giving off a strong sexual vibe is excepted like clubs, bars. partys, dates. Go very easy with this when you start out since you have x2 1 spray should be enough, maybe 2. I suggest spraying it on your wrists and sort of spreading along your jaw line this way your using more then one application area without over applying. The x2 you bought in the other products is fine as long as you know that you may need less then the thers are reporting on the forum. Start with 1 spray and work you way up till you see effects.
