I am 40 yrs old working in a male dominated very stressful career. I am successful and respected at what I do but am always looking for how to improve communication and respect with colleagues. I am far from a expect for women [pheromone](https://a314.com/), But I know that girls often like mx134 for more respect, which is a female version of a314. Hi Springfling, unique nickname there πŸ˜ƒ anyway i see that you are successful & respected in your career but you want to improve more in communication & respect with your other colleagues right. Well i will suggest A314 as it is suitable for your career. Any more info about A314 you can find while browsing this forum or told by the experienced ones here πŸ™‚ Feel free to ask them as they are friendly & helpful. I see you have done pheros research before but if you browse this forum you will be amazed by how much info about pheros that you can learn. Hello Welcome to the forum πŸ™‚ A314 is a male product and while women have used small amounts of it I think you would be better served by the female equivalent which is MX134. It will help up your status and create respect without coming on as butch or masculine. I also suggest checking out [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine, These are great for lifting moods and creating more communincation and are good for both social and work enviroments. Instant Sexiness A is a another good choice, Its safe for work enviroment and does cause attraction but its also alpha in nature so it works well for confidence. Thanks for the info Thank you to everyone that has responded to my message. Everyone is so supportive. I have always been interested in pheromones but I have an important meeting coming up where I need to meet with a closed minded individual ☹ who I need to impress therefore I thought this would be a good time to try some out. So far I plan on ordering MX134, IO, Ishine, Isexiness as soon as my GC arrives. I was wondering why there weren’t any oil based, slow releasing products for women, like there are for the guys?πŸ˜• Well as soon as I get my order I will start and will let you know how it goes. Thanks again. Good choices, I sent your GC to your email box earlier, be sure to check your spam box as it sometimes gos there and people miss it. PM me if you have a problem finding it. I like oil based products as well. Hopefully they will be making some more in the future. ALL we have right now is LAM that is oil and TAA which is sold in the mens section but is unisex. Tisha
