Ok i see your situation there & here is my recommendation try [AMMO](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)(Regular Strength will do for you there as i notice your age there) + [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) + [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/)(If possible get the 2X strength for the Instants) but i leave it to you to decide there.
