Hey, my name is kevin and I am 20 from New Jersey. I am checking this out simply cause it is interesting. I will be going off to college soon so I have been thinking about testing some of these out since it will be a large group of new people around me. I thought Instant Shine, Ammo, and possiblely [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) sounded interesting because I have read most of the newbie guides. I also like to throw out that I have used Pherlure. I have been complimented on its smell by different girls, but idk if it really works or not. Just experimenting I guess. Thanks ---

Hi SuperBowEagles! Welcome to the forum! Here you’ll find many useful information and mett great people happy of helping you. i’ve seen that you’re already palnning to buy some good stuff. The Pheros that you wrote about, are really nice (Instant Shine, AMMO). If you tell us a bit more about how you’d like to use the Pheros and about you (if you’re shy or not, etc…), we could help you better. I say that for the school settings AMMO sounds like working better than TUTH. I’d suggest you to take a look on Instant Openness and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) too. Try them in TOGO size and read the stickies in the mens’ forum as they could be very useful. Keep us updated! See ya Franz ---

Welcome to the community Kevin! You got it right - this is the most interesting forum on the net (though I’m a little biased 😛 ) 20 is a good age to start using pheromones - the younger the better I think. You will get to use them during the best years of your life (hopefully) at college. Yes Pherlure is said to smell okay but doesn’t really have a decent name out there as a [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) per se. Tell us some more about you… How are you with people generally (are you very social say or shy, more friendly with guys or girls)? Desrcibe yourself some more so we can help you better recomendations… Are you looking to make new friends specifically (it sounds like it)? If you are looking to make friends I would recommend you go with Instant Openness and Instant Shine. Perhaps add a little Ammo but be careful with something like Turn Up The Heat. It sounds exciting (and believe me it is) but probably avoid wearing too much TUTH when first meeting people (use it more say when rapport is well established with a girl). Hi kevin It is great that you check on this forum & decided to join it, so Welcome 🙂 So you have tried Pherlure & got complimented by the smell but you are not sure if it works or not. Well i have tried Pherlure before & it did not work for me so for my opinion it is a BS product 🙄 Luckily you found this forum & have an interest to try the pheros here, well don’t be surprised to see the difference between using the pheros here & using that BS product. Btw tell us more on what you hope to achieved by using pheros here & what kind of effects you hope for your targets so that we can help you better in your situation 🙂 ---

Just wanted to reinforce what the others are saying. Shine and IO or IH are really great products when meeting new people. Ammo is great as an attractant. [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) is really good, but in a more limited number of roles. If you love clubbing, or you’re looking to take and existing relationship further, TUTH is a great product. But it’s not really good for every day use, especially for younger guys, as you may tend to scare people off. ---

I was thinking about starting with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and instant shine and them try out some other using the TOG bottles. I personally think it is nice because they are pretty cheap and good for just experimenting before you commit to buying the larger more expensive bottle. I am pretty much hoping to meet new people in general, girls and make some friends. I would say I am kinda of quiet until I know someone then I can be talkative. I can make people laugh a lot, but I would say my biggest problem is confidence and breaking that initial ice because once I am past that I am much more open and confident. I wouldnt say I am chatty. People have told me I am quiet, but its more because I only pay attention to certain people, friends. I generally dont talk a lot to people I am not familar with. I guess you could say I like my comfort zone. Of course I will still be back on the weekends from college and still be hanging out with my best friends, but I want to have a good time at college during the week as well because I will be living on campus. I am thinking about openess because that seems like it will suit my needs as well. I have done some reading around here first so I wouldnt say i am a total newb, but any advice is appreciated thanks. ---

One other question too while I am thinking about it. What type of packaging does it normally come in. I mean I was kinda of hoping it comes in a slightly descrete packaging and not some PHEREMONE packaging. Either way I dont care, but I would like to know what to expect. Thanks again. ---

I think I will take the advice to wait on [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) from everything I have read. I wanted to start with Ammo and Instant Shine. Maybe a TOG bottle of instant openess which is also very nice considering the TOG bottles are much cheaper and good for experimenting before you commit to the full more expensive bottle. I would say I am generally a more quiet person. I not much of a small talk person. My biggest thing is breaking that initial ice. Once that is broken and I am more comfortable around someone. I will be much more talkative and confident. This goes for girls and even guys too. You could ask some people and they would say I am very quiet and reserved and others would say I am talkative and outgoing. That is why I thought instant openess may help, because people that actually get through the first wall with me tend to like me and we become friends. I liked Ammo for attraction purposes because it has a mixture of effects. Instant Shine seems to help in attraction and overall as well and it is popular. I figured I would start with them. I will be coming back on the weekends mostly from college even though I live on campus to see my family and best friends. I want to be able to meet girls and make friends in general on campus because I wont really know anyone at all. I appreciate the advice and/or questions. Thanks. The return addy will say ADR direct. There will be no mention of mones on the outside of the package but you do get a shipping form inside. I just got my order which arrived very quickly. I figured it would have been here by mid day and so I checked only to find out that it was already at my front door and had been dropped off at 9am. I received a TOG bottle of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) freebie with my purchase of Ammo. I like the smell unforunately I am not sure how much I can check it out. I work a lot and where I work we have to wear pants, long sleeve polo, undershirt, and gloves. So spraying it on skin can be hard because it isnt exposed. Can Instant Shine be sprayed on hair or Ammo? I know Ammo has the -none or w/e in it which is said to be bad to be in your hair cause it can be hard to get out.
