Think of them as a little bit of grease on the cogs of social interaction. Since you’re new, suggestions are usually to try the Instant line. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty would do well by you. When you’re a little more experienced, MX134 is a great product for the workplace. I swear by it myself, it gives you a real boost. Read around the forum, there’s a wealth of advice.
