I have been reading the forum for a few days and am brimming with questions. I originally learned about [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) in the early 90s when Athena 1013 was on 20/20. (I think). I was fascinated, but never was able to locate any in my area. (Internet was not as fabulous as it is today.) I have used REALM perfume but always wondered about TRUE Pheromones. I suspect that there aren’t really very many pheromones in this scent. BUT, I AM A CONFIRMED PERFUME JUNKIE. I LOVE SCENTS, BUT EVEN MORE I LOVE SELF EXPLORATION AND EMOTIONAL CONNECTIONS SO…The other night I started hunting and found this forum. I started reading (lurking) trying to digest the wealth of information and am excited to try the offerings. Here’s a little more about me: I am in my mid-thirties, married mother of two girls, 3 and 8. I DON’T EXPECT PHEROMONES TO BE A MIRACLE. I have a wonderful life and am truly blessed. I am interested in discovering the benefits of pheromones to add an extra edge or sparkle to an already great life. I like the aspect of observation in myself and others and find that pheromones would be a terrific vehicle for self-exploration in addition to people watching. FUN. I have an “immediate need” which is to get some cool “scents” in time for my husband’s birthday this weekend. (IS THAT POSSIBLE?) Maybe [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) with Instant Sexiness and one of the Open Communication or Honesty. I also liked what was written about one someone labeled, “teen love” but don’t know the number. I’ve lost my extra summer pounds (too many drive-thru windows with the kids!!!) so my husband’s engine is “plenty primed” for me as I have returned to a svelte self, but I would like to rev my own at the same time and accomplish a deeper more intimate connection than a usual quickie. We have been together 18 years, but I would like to see how pheromones could change the quality of depth we experience in the time that we get to spend together. In reading the posts I am interested in the differences of the [TAL](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and [TAH](https://pheromonelabs.com/) on me and when to incorporate them(marilyn versus angelina, love those girls!!!) .And I love the digest of posts on [MX235](https://pheromonelabs.com/) cookie scent and think this would also be super! AND DEFINITELY COULD USE THE Female Magic to soothe the pmsbeast and add comfort when needed. (I could have used this during Hurricane IKE!!! THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO INTERESTING TO SEE HOW EVERYONE COULD HAVE REACTED TO DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY AND LOSS OF POWER FOR 2 WEEKS, ETC. WITH PHEROMONES.) In the long term, I would like to investigate which pheromones I could use to improve my relationship as I said previously with my husband and with my daughters in terms of communication/honesty and open behaviors less conflict between them and more pure joy.( I read a post about the pheromone which caused a reaction in one woman’s five year old…fascinating.) I liked the post about the pheromone that could help you FOCUS better to accomplish tasks (like my garage!! LOL!!!) or improve my sales for work–through confidence building to make the tough calls. I make the calls, I just wonder how pheromones on myself would improve the removal of butterflies before the toughest calls when others are not within my personal space to experience them in person. I made kind of a similar message to Tisha23, and found that she was very helpful. THANK YOU AGAIN. This site/forum is a PLETHORA OF INFORMATION!!! I just needed a little help navigating before my first purchase, and Tisha asked me to stick to the first things first. HOWEVER, I CANNOT WAIT TO TRY LOTS OF THINGS AND DOCUMENT THE RESULTS!!! Welcome to the forum starshine! Instant Sexiness, Instant Honesty, and Instant Shine are great staples in anyone’s arsenal. If IS/B is available now, this is a good way to compare TAL and TAH on you. B has more TAH, A has more TAL. Instant Honesty will also help you connect better to your daughters, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) may also help, especially if one of you is on the rag. The focus putative is TAF if I am correct. ---

Hi, starshine, welcome to the forum! The pheromones mentioned by Butterfly (, Instant Sexiness, Instant Honesty and Instant Shine) all would serve your purpose well. Another one that might work well for you and hubby is Lust After Me, but I believe it’s currently out of stock. hey starshine i may have a compleatly diff reason for being here but im also new the this and ill be one to state that so far phermones can and do work to better yourself mentaly and physicially, i can only suggest the communitive phero’s b/c i havnt actually tried them myself but i think that instant honesty would be good for your relationship wit ur husband, maybe shine to brightn things up a bit? ---

I think you’ll be surprised at the self-effects of the pheros as well as the effects on those around you. I got a TOGO of MX134 and was just really starting to like it in the office setting but then ran out ☹ I just received another bottle and will continue my experiements with that. I did get some pretty good results from it but want to do further testing before posting my results. I also feel like I can handle just about everything that comes my way when I wear my Instant Sexiness (A), Instant Shine, and Instant Honesty combo. I feel really good when I wear it… confident, competent, sexy, and in control of the situation. ---

Hello Starshine, Your Welcome 🙂 You already have my recommendations on what to start out with. The consumer products are proven and very effective. Instant Sexiness, Instant Shine Instant Honesty and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) are all excellent and once you have those working for you its easier to be successful with the advanced products. Putatives and single molecule pheromones take some experience to learn to use correctly. The great thing is, you have a forum full of people ready to help.
