Hi, im a 20 years old college student from Sweden. Tried instant openess like 1 year ago, got no clear hits. But I’d like to try again so i thougt i might aswell post here. What I would like is something to wear in school, thinking about trying ammo. Advice? ---

Welcome Neigan I would suggest Ammo, as a second order, It will probably provide you with more solid hits than IO. Don’t let one product’s failure get you down, as some people have their own natural pheromone signature which is already pretty high in particular [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). As with all products they are not magic you need to be open and approachable for any product to work, and sometimes take the initiative to say hi, and smile at the ladies. I would also suggest a togo of IS to try. it is a quick pick me up happy feeling, for you and those around you. Which enhances any other products you are trying. If you are around ladies a lot I would also recommend IFM as something to try, as it helps calm and relax females. Let us know how it goes for you. ---

Hi Neigan, welcome to the forum. No clear hits from IO? Hmmm, ok. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would be great for you, no doubt. That’s the reason it exists (to attract girls!) You need to tell us about your personality to qualify for a GC. Are you shy or outgoing? Also, please tell us any other plans you have with pheros besides attracting girls. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is more of a social product. Gets you and other people a bit more chatty as you wear it. So if you’re already very social you might not notice it. How much did you try wearing at one time? IO works fairly well over a wide range of sprays, and I find a heavy dose to be pretty obvious, but a light dose to be very subtle. What are you looking to achieve with pheromones? Ammo is certainly good if you are looking to attract girls, but being 20, you probably won’t want to wear too many sprays at once. Give us an idea of what your phero goals are and we can help you find something that’s right for you. ---

hey neigan if i want results i would try instant shine its one of the best to see results because they are self effects u will feal uplifted better mood, but like marty said if u use ammo just 2 sprays will do im 18 and any more than that will give me negative results ---

Hello Neigan and welcome. Based on what you have added I agree with the earlier recommendations: Ammo - to let the ladies know you are interested IO - to help with those intial conversations and I would add IShine - to let everyone feel happy to be around you while the Ammo and IO are doing their thing Those should help give you an edge talking to people but again you will have to do your part in the conversations too. ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Its hard to say why the IO didnt work well for you. I am not sure how, where, how much you used. You may ned a little more of a boost since your shy then IO can give alone. Try AMMO for a cool sexy interesting vibe. Ordered 1 bottle of 1x ammo and a bottle of A314. Took a sniff at the A314, smells really good. But the ammo smells pretty bad, got some kinda strong stinging smell(yes, it’s the “new” game scent).
