Well, i guess we can start with the basics. I am a 26 year old guy who lives in Buffalo NY (I know the Bills are terrible). I got out of a 2 yr. relationship about 2 or 3 months ago and have been lacking confidence since then even though i was the one that ended it. I have never had any problems with women in the past, but it just dosent seem to be as easy as it used to be. I am not just here to pick up girls either, more or less I am trying to be happy again and think this may help me rebuild the confidence I once had not just with women, but in all social situations. I used to be much more outgoing. I have been doing a lot of research on pheros and I know that there is scientific substance behind them, but I do know that they are not some miracle substance that turns you into super pimp. I have read about some of the mixes that are being used and decided that I am just going to order a few of the to-go bottles since they are cheap and start experimenting for myself. Hopefully I can find what works for me this way before I purchase larger quantities. Since I am new, any advice is helpful. ---

Hello, welcome Hi You want to build confidence I would try Instant Shine. It puts you in a good mood and others too. Look into [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) also It helps the flow of your conversation. It is a social. I now you said you do not want to pick girls up but Ammo is great it has the none in it and 2 buffers. You will get some good looks from the girls that will help with confidence. Hi jkos82 Good to have you here in Pherotalk 😃 Welcome 🙂 It is great that you decided to try pheros here after doing some research there 🙂 As for your situation, i agreed with Robbie & tfrankz recommendation of AMMO, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) & IO 🙂 These three pheros are definitely the answer to your situation there 🙂 And yes buy the togos first as they are cheaper & easy to carry around 🙂 Also try one at a time first to see how it work well for you before you decided to try all three in a combo 🙂 All the best in trying the pheros & see ya 🙂 ---
