Hi My name is Raúl and I´m from Chile. I´m 21 years old. I ordered a bottle of A314 last thursday and my order status is still “processing”. My credit card was charged the next day (friday). Is this normal? I just want to know, i´m not in a hurry 😃 . BTW, if A314 works (i´m a bit skeptical), i´m planning on ordering Turn up the heat and Instant female magic. Is this a good mix? I want this mainly to attract women (sexually i mean). Thanks, this forum is great ---

Hi RAUL, Welcome on Board! Status “processing” means that your order have not been shipped yet. It seems that the people at androtic/smartmones are very busy for few month and there is more delay to be shipped… anyway you can try to call Jasmin or PM her if it’s take too long for your package to be shipped! 😉 have fun and tell us if you have success or not with A314! ---

Hey! Welcome! A314 works really well, but remember that it’s about body chemistry and getting the right amount for you. I’m not so sure about the shipping questions, but you can drop a jasmin a PM and I know that she will do her best to help (she has PM rules though, I’d check them out first so she can help you more quickly.) If you have specific questions about A314 or any other mixes, I’d hop over to the men’s forum and read around. A lot of guys have been very successful, it just takes some experimenting. 🙂 Good Luck, and welcome! jp ---

Thanks for your welcome. I have to admit i´m a little upset right now. It´s been a week since my credit card was charged and my order status is still “processing”. Jasmin asked for my order id but since then i haven´t received any answer. I fully understand that maybe the staff is busy at the moment, but i expected at least an explanation or an apology. After all, i payed for this. I´m not upset because of the delay, i´m upset because you didn´t even explain me or tell me anything. Well, as soon as my order arrives, i´ll let you know how did it work for me. ---

2 weeks and still “processing” and no answer from Jazmin or anybody. How much time do you usually have to wait? I want to know if this kind of delay is normal or not. I don´t want to ask for my money back, but i´ll have to if this goes on. ---

yea im in same boat as u compufan. I ordered on march 1st and money was taken out on the 5th march but its now 23rd march and still in processing. Now i’ve been told that if u r new and this is your first order they have to do a fraud check and ring ya bank etc and all. But for me this is my second order got my first order in like 2 weeks so not sure what to say there ☹ ---

Hi compufan, I’m not sure if this will ease your mind or not, but I’m willing to give it a try. The end of last month I put in a HUGE order, mostly custom products. Here it is a month later and my order just shipped out. The reason being is that custom products (think anything not Instant line) takes lab time. Lab time to formulate the molecules and the rest of the lab stuff they do. It’s a pain, but you sometimes have to wait. The good news is: Androtics uses quality products! Sometimes calling the lovely Jasmin will get your order booted up. It’s worth the call. Are you in the USA? If not there are certain procedures that also need to be done before an item ships. Anyway I do hope your product ships out quickly, but you should still give Jasmin a call. It’s worth it. ---

Heya compufan Your gift cert has been sent. PM me your order ID again if it still looks like it’s in processing. I’ll see what I can do to update it if it still is. If you ordered via GPM sometimes it takes me a little while to update all the label numbers because I don’t have a master list to easily check from like I do for FedEx. Just let me know 🙂
