Hey there, welcome to the forum! Sounds like you could use some instant shine to help you with the confidence, it works wonders. Then look into some instant openness to help you initiate convos and keep it flowing. Hi and welcome to the forum Mikey! There’s nothing wrong with a bit of scepticism, I think we all had some to begine with, but you’ll be surprised by how quickly you convert into believeing 🙄 Sounds like you have done a bit of reading and had a look at the products here. Are there any phero’s that you had your eye on in particular? You’ll get lots of advice from members here, and there’s always plenty of people online to chat to. You say you are shy and have problems talking to girls? If that is the case, I’d begine with the social phero’s, they’ll help build up your confidence and then make using the sexual phero’s easier and more effective. My two top tips for you would be Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Instant Shine is one of my favourites! Hi Mikey, welcome to the forum. As Mikeman and Xiphoid have said, Instant Shine is an excellent choice! I would also suggest that you look at [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), gives the “cool guy” vibe that can be so important in the attraction game. ammo is, IMO, absolutely indispensable for a guy on the prowl, nicely balanced mix of sexual and social pheros and it smells great too. It might be a good idea for you to have a trawl through some of the PUA threads to pick up some tips on talking to the ladies. Don’t worry if it doesn’t all make sense, as Xiphoid says, there’s always people to ask questions of 😉 ---

Hello Welcome to the forum 🙂 Great intro and advice from the members. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) Ishine and IO are great to start out with. I am sure by now you noticed they have to-go sized bottles so you can check things out. The $25 GC helps plus you get $5 in points when you sign up to smartmones so on the payment page use your points first then your GC and pay the rest however you intended. AMMO and Ishine are great for getting you noticed. AMMO will up your sex appeal and can be used in any environment. Ishine is awesome at work and socially. Its magnetic warm charming.
