Hi, I am a new commer to [Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). I Have heared about it from a freind of mine. I was looking at the site and saw a lot of different products and I am a bit confused. My main goal is to get more respect at work. I feel that this issue needs a little of an outside help. I am 29 years old and work in a big office. Thank you ---

Hello Adamfrank! First of all, welcome to the forum! Here you’ll meet lots of interesting people. I’ve seen that you’re looking for more respect in your office? Hi Adamfrank, welcome to the forum! Don’t worry about feeling confused! There’s sooo much info to read about phero’s and how to use them, it can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning…BUT…there’s also plenty of fun people with lots of experience to ask questions and chat to 🙂 Would you mind telling us abit more about yourself and your personality? How would you describe yourself? Shy, outgoing, chatty etc? How do you relate to others? It’s a lot easier for us to help suggest phero’s for you to try if we knwo a bit more about your personality 🙂 If it’s mainly work you want to use phero’s for then A314 like runnerxvr said is one of the forum favourites amongst the guys. It’ll give you the alpha male confidence vibe and respect…It works best if you can pull that vibe off though, or paired with social phero’s. So, tell us a bit more about yoruself and we can help point you in the right direction and also get you qualified for that gift certificate 🙂 ---

Welcome. What kind of job do you have? What is your position and what kind of problems are you having? With whom? Male or female? a-314, as mentioned, was designed for giving an aura of trustability and respect. There also a private subforum related to it’s use. there are other problems that may be able to be addressed. For instance, if you have a grouchy female boss who is always seeming to be PMSing, there are ways to address that. Other specific issues may also be able to be addresses with specific products. ---

I agree with [runnerxvr](https://pheromonetalk.com/u/runnerxvr), A314 has been said to do just what you are describing. 😉 There are a lot of pheros that work very well in the work environment. Any other effects you were aiming for? Maybe tell us about your personality? Then once you get hooked on pheros, we’ll be able to help you the rest of the way, haha. Don’t stress yourself with confusion, all these awesome people have got your back. :Ð Anyway, welcome to the forums and be sure to read the stickied posts to help you. In work you tend to have to interact with others whether your shy or not so its fine in this venue. You mention your not shy which will make A314 easier for you to use socially if you choose to. It is the best product to fit the needs you stated. I do suggest something like Ishine with it to create a warm charisma.
