**I wanted to go ahead and introduce myself. I am a 23 year old male who is very interested in what [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) can do for my social life. I usually do not have an issue talking to ladies once I know them but sometimes getting through that initial introduction is a little rough. I was hoping for some suggestions on what products are effective for attracting young women. If anyone could give some success stories that would be great! As I had mentioned I am 23 years old and looking to attract more women for dating, sex, and casual friendships. I am more comfortable approaching women once they give some positive attention, although I do not mind women approaching me. Some might say that I am a little on the shy side and I sometimes find it hard to start up conversations out of the blue. I am hoping to find something to bring a little spark to the bar/club scene and get more attention from the ladies when out on the town. From what I read in the guide I am guessing that Turn Up The Heat would be a good choice. Does anyone have personal experience with this product? Good, bad, other choices for a first time user? Hi Forrest, Yes I use turn up the heat. It’s strong, and easy to over dose on, so must be used carefully. I use it when I go to the gym, to give me an extra boost, and use very sparingly when I go to the clubs. I get lots of eye contact and opportunties for further communication. I always cover it with a cologne. As your first purchase, a general product like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) may be better, with a to-go sample of Turn up the heat. I suggest you read up further on Ammo. Also, go to the main forums and do a search on “Turn up the heat” to assist further in understanding the strengths and risks of using this product solo. ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 AMMO and TUTH are both great once you understand how to get the most from them. TUTH is best used in a sexual atmosphere. Clubs bars parties social events or situations. Not for work or church or meeting someones dad LOL It comes on strong and gives a clear sexual signal. Ammo is good for both situations because its buffered to take the aggressive sexual edge off. It sneaks in under the radar and arouses and attracts and it has more pull to it. Still arousing but less crude really. I do suggest at least one social type product. These can cause attraction and interest as well but they do more then that so we call them socials. Ishine emits a warm comfortable confident uplifting vibe IO a chatty fun open vibe IH a deeper connected close vibe. Remember women are emotion driven and these feelings go a long way in attraction with us. Its not enough to just feel aroused to make us act on it we have to feel the connection as well. It is a tricky product, if you use too much, you may be perceived as a creepy horndog. Start with some Ammo, as well as [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Instant Honesty and/or Instant Shine. Try these separately at first, til you get them down, then in combinations until you are familiar and comfortable with their effects.
