my name is tammy. i live in pa. i am 35 years old and voluptious shape. I have a shy personality when it comes to going out and meeting new people. when i do go out i get stares but not many men actually approach me. maybe twice a year. what product do you think would be helpful in helping me seem more approachable and maybe help me be able to be more open to mingling.? ---

Hello Tammy and welcome! I do not know much about female mones, so I will let some of our more experienced members help you on that one. I think maybe some Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) would help with the approachability. There are two kinds of Instant Sexiness.. A and B. Hello Tika! Always nice to have more ladies around. I’ll leave most of the advice on the girl pheros to some of our great female members, I think I saw Sillykitty around here a bit ago…very smart lady. I don’t think you can go wrong with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) though. It’s fun friendly and “shiny”, hard to explain. Why do YOU think guys find it hard to approach you? Hi tammy, Welcome to the phero community here. I agree with Future on IO ans IS. IO will make you more approachable. Men will like to talk to you. YOu will enjoy more conversation with men. IS will make you attractive and sexy. IS A is towards more dominiant and tougher side, the ANgelina Jolie vibe. IS B is towards more feminine and softer side, the Monroe vibe. Oh, good intro by the way! well i think that my body language may have a lot to do with it. i am working on smiling more and flirting. i am an old fashioned girl and i find it difficult to approach men. i am looking to feel more confident and seem more approachable. i am hoping to meet a nice man. I am shy in social situations. i dont know how to dance so i often hold up the wallpaper. i want to be more social and i am working on it. i have been told that i am attractive. so i dont think its my looks im thinking its my facial expressions. In the club i am always the one watching the purses and the drinks and making sure my friends are safe. I dont want to be that person anymore. I want to have fun. ---

Hmmm, designated driver girl huh? 😃 First make sure your friends know that it’s their turn to watch the purses. Sometimes that can be the hard part. As far as facial expressions go the number one thing I look for is someone who is relaxed and comfortable. Number two is if she’s looking at me. The natural reaction is to see somebody and then when they glance at you to look away. If I catch a lady’s eye and she looks right back at me…that’s a turn on right there. So stop watching the purses and start watching the guys. If you look at them they will approach. Then you can snare them with the shine and openness and sexiness. See ya in the forum. ---

Thanks for providing more information. 🙂 Already gave you my Mone recommendations above but I do have a few other tips. First stop watching the purses. Let them watch there own or give it to the bartender to watch. Next you need to learn to give more cues with your body language so men get a clear signal your open to the approach. When you read the men’s forum you will get a rare insight as to how they feel and how hard it is for them to approach a women. We tell them to look for the indicators of interest. There is a link to body language in my signature below that will help you not only be able to send those signals but to read men’s signals. We all communicate in many different ways not just verbally and Body language and mones are forms of communication we learn from birth before we become verbal. We come to rely on verbal communication so much as we grow that we sort of forget about the other two. If you need any thing just let me know. Thanks guys. i will read the body language information because i need it. My natural reaction is to look away i am going to try to not do that so often. baby steps lol. I never thought to read the men’s forum but i’m heading over there. thanks forthe GC i cant wait to use them.
