I hope I can gain more confident and attractiveness, due to my acne scarring I lose confident in approaching girls:o. I’d say I’m a bit shy to be honest and really low on self-confidence. ---

Welcome to the forum Jitz! There’s nothing wrong with being a bit sceptical, I think we all were to begin with 🙂 Phero’s do work though and they can improve many areas of your life. Are there any areas of you life you want to give a bit of a boost other than meeting girls? I’d recommend you have a look at [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) for a bit of a confidence boost. It’s a great all rounder that not only boosts your confidence but also your mood. ---

Hey, welcome! I’m glad you’re here, and giving us a chance. From what you mentioned I see IS being a good option for you to raise your self confidence while also making you feel good, and IO to help you break the ice socially while helping to feed the conversation. Another good one is AMMO no doubt, this is the standard for us guys here and that will help you socially, with attraction, and with helping you gain respect. Welcome, Jitz! Xiphoid is right. Nearly everyone has doubts about pheromones at first, and that’s good. There are a lot of companies out there that will try to sell you products that have little or no pheromone content, yet claim amazing results. So being wary will keep you from falling for such ploys. You’re looking for a boost in attraction and confidence. I agree with Xiphoid’s suggestion of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It can give you a lift in spirit and confidence and you’ll project a young, vibrant aura. You might also try Ammo, which is an attention-grabber with a light sexual feel. Get to work on that self-confidence, with or without pheromones. It’s very important in every aspect of your life, and sometimes it will be the only thing you have to keep you going.
