# Hello!

Most of the [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) information should be there, but if you need any more help let us know. However, you just basically spray them on pulse points just like you would cologne, for example my personal preferred spot is my front of neck, sides, back of neck, chest sometimes, and forearms.

As far as dosing goes, you pretty much should start with one product at a time and at one spray at a time, then just simply add additional sprays until you see “hits.” When you start seeing hits that means that you’re at a good dose.
