Hello my name is Alex and I am 20 years old. And I’m from Ontario, Canada, in a smaller town setting. I joined this forum so I could learn more about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), and find out what works etc… Well I’m looking for something too just give me that edge… I would say I’m an attractive guy so theres no problems there. Sometimes I can be really cocky and sometimes I can be a tad shy… and I;m assuming that wearing pheromones give you that confidence (thinking in your head that they are working) when it is in fact yourself just initiating better conversation. Anyways just looking for some good products. ive read a few reviews and alot of sites seem to skew the reviews and say theyre all great. Any help would be greatly appreciated… I’m also looking for casual encounters as well as dating… depends who the girl is. Questions: what products do you recommend/best ones for my situation? how often should you use them? ODing and such ---

Welcome to the forum, Alex. For casual encounters, try the androstenone-based pheros, like Ammunition. High strength Instant Shine (2x or 4x) can also be effective with women around your age. Don’t use them every day. 'none can build up on your skin, and Instant Shine is very stimulating and can deplete neurotransmitters. So if you’re using pheros it’s a good idea to make sure you are getting B-vitamins and the right amino acids (proteins). [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) can make you seem more approachable, and will help with opening. For dating, if it’s a long-term relationship, Instant Openness is good as is Instant Honesty. You’ll talk more openly and deeply about things. ODing and such hey there! welcome to the forums! For the confidence, it depends on what you’re wearing. For confidence I would certainly say that A314 is the best for that. It gives me confidence, energy, and makes others see me more as the alpha of the group… which i don’t need, but is pretty great.. love it at work to. IG can do the same thing but isnt as intense and wont make people ‘scared’ to talk to you as much. I would also reccomend IO and IH… these will help you and others feel more comfortable and open. IShine will help you and others around you just feel great, its name says it all, instant shine! Another i would reccomend is AMMO (when its finally back again) it’s just a great all around attracter. With these listed you can’t OD to bad… I would take it easy on the AMMO if you get it, just one or two sprays at a social situation. just use one for a while to find your sweet spot, as to how much to wear, then you can start mixing them. Personally I use these products every day… people say take one or two days off a week… which i probably should, but i dont wear the same thing all the time either. I know if you use IS for a prolonged period of time you get used to it and it wont effect you as much, (thats the same for people around you as well. hope this helps and let us know how it goes!!! ---

Hi there, Welcome to the forum. I recommend you try IO and AMMO. IO will open up the girls and they will like to talk to you. It gives you the edge in approaching girls. AMMO will make the girls attracted to you. Girls will also sexually attracted. Good luck ---
