Hi, my name is francisco, i’m from portugal and I’m 28. My question is when you use [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) do you spray when you leave your house when your going to dinner and then going to club or do you only spray yourself after dinner or just after getting in the club or in some bar… Can you please give any advices on applying pheromones? thanks in advance. Welcome Francisco! Happy to have you here. As far as applying pheromones, you can do it all kinds of ways. The [spray pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) usually last a solid 3-4 hours before they need to be reapplied, so it would be fine to put it on before dinner. Oil based pheromones, like A314, usually last a good 5-6 hours. Most likely you’d be at the club/bar within a couple hours after dinner anyways. Plus, if you’re going straight from dinner you would have to bring the pheromones with you to put them on before the club. Then again, that’s the beauty of to-go bottles 🙂. Why don’t you tell us a bit more about yourself. What’s your personality like? Are you more introverted or extraverted? What do you hope to gain from pheromones? ---

HI there, Welcome to the forum. Pheromones can last for a few hours. Anyway for best result, spray 5 to 10 minutes before you meet someone or enter an occsions. Tell us more about your purpose of using pheromones. What is your personality? Who are your targets? How do you come to this forum? Hi, I tested Primal Instinct back in 2005. I’m a confused introverted shy person. Because I can be very shy and sometimes I’m the funniest extroverted in the room. And I don’t even understand myself about this… But I think that pheromones can help me be the extroverted funny guy I like to be. The thing is that nowadays I’m feeling depressed and i feel everyone rejects me. I would love to get more attention of woman. And i would love to feel that they wanna have sex with me. I0m kinda skynny but I think I have a very atractive body… shaped body. My inteligent is over average but my social skills are very low. that its the true. i dont have sex for 4 months now… Would pheromones help me back on track again?? What do you think? hey welcome to the boards…Pheromones arent a magical but it can help you get on track…try not to be so hard on your self. try some IS,A314,IH it might help you out a bit.to get your social skills going … hope this helps maybe some ammo and some TUTH also..for some you know TURN UP THE HEAT.im still experimenting and finding my sweet spot on this one…A314 i like at work and still finding my sweet spot pretty much on everything im new as well…but so far three drops im liking.With a good self effect just observing others…I think you will like it has a nice sandlewood smell to it…hope this helps! ---

When I say get on track I dont mean actually having sex. The most important thing to me is to became confident again. And then life goes on by it self… I know that pheromones had improved my confident in the past. I made experiments and I got atraction from female and even got some atacks from wanna me alpha males. My closest friend for example, being stupidity furious at me for no reason… Even if using pheromones its just a placebo to me Ithink it can really help me. But I was seeking [unscented pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/stealth-unfragranced/). Are this examples that you guys are focusing scented or unscented? Becaus I use it complementing my cologne. Also, do you think its better to go on oil mones or the spray ones? Thanks in advance. ---

I know exactlly what you mean and A314 is a big ego booster for self and when being around others…and by using the other products getting hits from women should help build your self confidence…I know you dont mean sex but having women do a 2nd take on me or stare at me make me feel good!!! ---
