Hi there, i am a 23year old male… looking for a bit of help. after my break up 1.5years ago i have lost the touch and have not been able to pick up a single women for 1.5years!!!☹☹☹ Im thinking A314, one night stands, long term it doesnt matter i really need a confidence boost and picking up a hot chick would really help… is there any 1 out there that could help me ???☹ ---

Hi Hitman, I’ve been in a similar situation like you and started with pheromones after my break up,too. Especially when you still feel sad about your break up, some pheromones could help you boost up your confidendce or just make you feel more happy. One has to mention A314 or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) when talking about a confidence boost and Instant Shine, Instant Openess or Spaceland when you just want to feel more happy. My personal recommendation for a great start in your case would be a combination of Instant Openess and Ammunition: IO helps you to present a more positive attitude and girls will be much more communicative around you. Ammunition has some sexual pheromones in it (but well dosed/buffered). It will signal the girls that you are not only a good guy to talk with but also sexually attractive. Later on you could think about adding IG or A314, which will make you appear smoother and cooler, just more alpha. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have further questions. Welcome to the forum. You got a great summary of several possibilities in the post above. [Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) can do a lot towards opening you up and enlivening your social life. Think very carefully about what you want to do with them. Like any good tool, they multiply your power to do things, be they good or bad. ---

Hi and welcome! mgd81 and Gone with the Wind gave you some great advice. However, if you can only afford to get a couple to start with (with the $25 gift certificate), then you should start with Ammo and either [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Shine. I haven’t personally had much success with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), but I haven’t tried it extensively. Instant Shine is really good. It really lifts my mood. When I wear it, I find myself smiling and even singing for no reason. That should help with your confidence. And a happy person is VERY attractive to others. Just being happy, relaxed and FRIENDLY will get you some results. Also, dress up a bit. Not a huge amount, but make sure your grooming is good and you’re clothes are a little more stylish than those around you. Women really notice these things, even subtle details. That will get you some more attention. I’ve just ordered some Come Talk To Me Mix 2, which is supposed to be a great icebreaker, so you might try that too. Good luck and have fun. ---
