Hello, I’m a 24 male in California. I’m a quiet and shy guy and I suppose it’s harder for me to open up to people than the average person. For that reason, I’d really like a Pheromone to not necessarily attract women persay, but to just get a couple of friends, of both genders. Hello, and welcome to the forum. Don’t let being shy leave you feeling left out. The truth is that we’re all shy to some extent. It can be overcome, if you’re willing to work at it. A good starter phero for you might be Come Talk to Me. It is a blend of alpha- and beta- androstenols that encourage others to open up to you and talk, while making you seem more approachable. It can sometimes be surprising what people will say, and they can often blurt out whatever’s on their minds. There are a couple of other conversation-type pheros, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty. The first lends itself more to chatty type conversation, while the second is geared more toward encouraging a deeper, more frank discussion. If you’re looking to add a little sexy spark to your personality, try Ammo. It is the cornerstone for guys, but is not overpowering. Very smooth. Best of luck! ---

Hello darkfenix7, Welcome to the forum. MoonWisper pretty much hit it right on the head. IO and IH are great products and work just how they are described. [Come Talk To Me](https://a314.com/product/come-talk-to-me-cttm/) 2 is a great all around social product that is great in all environments. It really loosens people up and invites conversation. Hi Darkfenix, I’m shy like you. I find that [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) can give me the urge to talk, but I don’t do anything about it. If you use Instant Shine with it, especially sprayed somewhere you can smell it, like on your chest or neck, that will help. The Openness puts you in a more outgoing mood and the Shine energises you to actually overcome the shyness. It will also affect others, either through the direct effect of the Shine or simply because you’re in a good mood and that will affect them through “state transfer”. Good luck and have fun. ---

IS will get you in a happy socializing state of mind and [IO](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will get those around you in a talkative mood. Helps break the ice.! [IO](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and IS are some grest products,I have peronally tested them myself and like them both.Just make sure you take it easy and place product on right application points I made a mistake with [IO](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and [IH](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and blabbed my mouth away to my buddies one time and told them of my experimenting LOL…good luck and happy testing! ---

Is it possible to mix the sprays? Would I just spray one on top of each other? I notice that the Ammo spray is out of stock, does this happen often? When will it restock? Sorry! I didn’t notice I was leaving anything out! I found this place because my co-worker was talking about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and its biological uses and I started doing some research. I always enjoyed the company of internet society so I became attracted to this site. I guess I’m a little suspicious on how well it can actually work because I’m pretty skeptical. But after seeing a whole forum dedicated to it, I can’t imagine so many people being in on the same conspiracy. How often do I need to apply these Pheromones before I start to see results?
