Are you confident and outgoing, or more on the shy side? Also, what kinds of situations were you thinking of using pheros for? School? Romance? Friendships? Well I am shy yet confident (if that makes any sense) I guess to reiterate a little I have confidence in my looks and abilities but lack the certain feature to get conversations started. i have never been one to just walk up to a girl and start a conversation. the situations I am interested in using pheros for is kind of an ice breaker. Typically in school (college) I suppose. I also would like to have them for the “sexual” factor at bars and clubs. Right now I have TUTH and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I haven’t really gotten a chance to use them though… ---

The best product for breaking the ice and lessening that approach anxiety is [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). It will relax both you and those nearby, and people will become chattier. Ammo is a great all around product that will give both your confidence and sex appeal a boost, and can be worn in any environment. Ammo is also one of the most popular products here, and a staple for every guy’s phero collection. Be careful with the TUTH though. Used in the wrong environments, such as school, work, chrch, shopping, etc., you have a high likelihood of being percieved as a guy who wants sex too much (or in other words, a pervy horndog). TUTH is best reserved for intimate situations alone with a girl who is ready to take things to the next level. ---

sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders. I’m also in college, and find ammo IO and IShine are best for daily opening and getting to know girls and guys in classes. tuth is a little to edgy for in classes for me. In addition to an IO/IShine/[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) mix, you can try individual elements ie. just ammo, just io or just IShine, all work great on their own. If you want to add a little status to the mix, a spray of IG or a drop of a314 may do the trick. a314 is a bit more power-recieving/authoritarian than IG. To make conversation a bit deeper and add a trust vibe IH can be particularly helpful. good luck ---
