Hey guys, I have been in the PUA community for a while, doing well without [pheromones](https://a314.com/), but I like to try new things. I was thinking of ordering a few travel sized bottles to see what I liked, I am not looking to really invest too much money into this thing, as I am getting laid without it. If I am 23 how many uses do you think I would get out of a travel sized bottle (ammo)? ---

Hi Instinct, welcome to the forum! Each to-go bottle holds approximately 40 sprays. And the amount of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) you would need might be one spray or maybe two. Sure, I am very out going, I work in communications (meaning I try to relate to people all day) and I do Pick up about 4 times a week, so I am a very social guy. I am trying to find something that might help me get past the initial phase in pick up quicker, perhaps open women up a little more , make them a bit more compliant. I get what pick up calls “the bitch shield” a lot in certain night clubs, and I want to see if pheromones can lesson this. (Have yet to run into this shield during the day, this is purely a bar/nightclub hang up) ---

IO sounds like the main product to help you. It makes opening way easier. Instant shine adds a positive vibe to settings also. I’d add 1 spray of ammo to about 2 IO and 2 IS.. If you’re somewhat good at pickup you’ll find mones are even more helpful than if you weren’t. io and is can act as a social lube and ammo gives you some status/sexual undertones ---
