Hey everyone, My name is Gerald im seventeen and currently very interested in phereomones. I’d say im very outgoing but somedays I just feel like I need help to break my wall I put in front of me and continue to be my outgoing self. I will certainly be on here often to learn from everyone. Hi Gerald welcome to the forum, If you approach your lady friend you will see the effects of Instant Openness and Instant Honesty, as the name implies IO will help to open up the flood gate of chattiness for the both you. I first tried it and with my mind made up that I would speak to strangers, started a friendly conservation with a lady and she seemed cool and open to carry the conservation with me. Matter of fact, she later came passed the coffee shop where I was seating and kind of looked through the glass window at me in “as if to mean, I just had to see him” - that was twenty minutes later. By that time, I had spoke two a couple of Asian lady and just felt the load was lifted feeling where it was no big deal in whomever I talk to. Hey, welcome 🙂 I agree with JB, and MVK. You definitely would want to try out IH or IO with your lady friend. And IG seems ideal for this situation as well. I had a question though, how long have you known that “friend” of yours? ---

Yeah man the confidence when you approach her, will have to improve on that. I’ve been the same way as you, because I don’t want to say anything wrong that will affect whatever we’ve had. But think of it this way, if you don’t do it in a confident way, she may see you as you’re just saying it to say it and you don’t really mean it. Worse yet, in a weak way. But if she is already attracted to you, it shouldn’t matter as much on how confident you are but why not just be confident when you approach her about taking this further. Be confident but don’t be too persistent 😛 Good luck, and I feel [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) will help it with this girl. If IG comes in stock use IG (1-2 sprays) + IH (2-3 sprays) and see how it goes. If you want, try to test it out first before you talk to her and then when you know what works for you when you’re with her, then approach her with the combination 🙂 ---

haha yeah I agree, Thanks again seekingadvice. Oh by the way I was really thinking about our relationship now & I feel as if I may need something to add with IH & IG like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) because I do have a smaller build and we are the same height which is short and I want something to keep me away from the friend zone. ---
