I’m 41 and have used these product before and they work. I am now wanting to learn more and get the most out of the product. ---

I am a fairly confident fellow but I am a user of a wheelchair because of a spinal cord injury.I believe that pheromones help level the playing field for me. I get a little bit better feedback and then therefore confidence. I can’t remember what product I used last maybe Eros or something like that. I think I could notice a difference since I stopped using it from ready to try it again. I like to know where to get the most bang for my buck. By the way I’m from the US. ---

Its good to hear that pheros have worked for you in the past. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) has been known to give the wearer a certain amount of confidence. It also produces a youthful “glow”. What kind of goals do you have for pheromones? There are so many great products out there that produce such different results. ---

Ammo really works well for attraction and can be used in almost any situation. It is an easy to use mone and seems to produce the best results if you are looking for attraction. It is one of those mones where it will be fairly easy to see results. One of my favorite combos is Ammo + [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I think this combo might work well for you. ---

Since you’re a bit older you’d benefit from some -none if an edge and boost in confidence is what you’re precisely looking for. AMMO has -none in it, but it is buffered so you might benefit from Double AMMO which is just x2 in concentration. A spray of TUTH would be good too, with a touch of IH these three combined should be good enough to do the trick. Only problem is that you’ll have to figure out just how much amount of each spray you’ll need in order to see the kind of results you want to see. For example, if I had to wear these products I’d wear two sprays of Heavy AMMO with one spray of TUTH then two sprays of IH x2. Or four of IH if it’s in x1 concentration. That’s what I think would work for me dose wise, but we’re all different so your dosing may have to differ. ---

What miko says is correct. Personally, if I use more than two sprays of ammo, or TUTH any time outside the bedroom, I immediately overdose. We all have different phero-signatures. ---
