Hello everyone, My name’s Sam, I’m a 25 year old male, turning 26 in september and i’m living in canada. I’ve actually read about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) awhile back but never been interested enough to try them out myself. Stumbled across this board yesterday and after reading some of the posts on the forum, i got interested and thought i’d give it a try 🙂. As for my personality, i’m actually very quiet and introverted so i’m wondering if pheromones would help open me up a little. Ones that i’m thinking about purchasing are a314 or mx347 mainly for work since i’m a little absent-minded and would like to improve my concentration. instant openness, instant honesty and instant shine. i’m also interested in ammo, mx297, and spaceland as those seem fun to experiment with 😃. Looking forward to any tips and suggestions that anyone has to guide me into pheromones. Thanks everyone ---

Hello 1time welcome to pherotalk 😃 Well glad to see you did your home work. For work defently a combo of a314 and IH 🙂 . IO for opening, and shine for relaxing and having fun. Yeah I see you study. I defently recomend ammo for the ladys interaction, can I ask you what are you expecting to archieve with the mones? Do you have a girlfriend or are you single? If you can awnser me this and I will continue with my advice. Hope to ear more from you Falcos ---

currently i’m single. as of right now, i’m just hoping to be able to open up more since i tend to get nervous and stutter around pretty woman. haha, just something to make me feel at ease and relaxed when i’m talking to them. ---

Well MX301 and 297 will certainly help you with stuttering around women, read my post called [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) review II for more on it’s effectiveness. That being said, 1time, they don’t want me to recommend advanced products like those to first timers. So you can go into that when you want to, but also something that will make you 100x more confident is A314. You’ll want instant shine and openness, also. ---

At ease and relaxed… Well I think better IG with IO and IShine 🙂 . And also ammo with IShine. This is my advice for the ladys, for the work I already told you. IG is great dont let the name trick you. I think for feeling at ease and relaxed is exactly what you need, then IO for some openess and IShine for even more relax and happyness all around. About ammo, its pure confidence join with IShine and you will really be great 😉 . Try it and you will see Good luck Falcos ---
