Hi there,

I need help with getting in touch with customer services from [www.smartmones.com](http://www.smartmones.com) (Androtics Direct).

I have tried several times and this is my second thread, the first one has not been posted for some reason.

Can someone please help!

Try calling Jasmin at the 800 number. You may need to try several times in order to get through. Alternatively, you can post a pm to Jasmin and give her your number and she should call you back before too long.
