Hello everyone! I have been following this forum as a non-user for the past two years and am amazed/inspired by all the information on here. Also, I have noticed that the members of this forum are very friendly (even when it comes to answering the questions of those who fail to search before asking!) I’m a male of South-Asian descent from the Nyc area, just about to hit twenty - height around 5’9" and athletic/muscular build. I am well groomed and am told that I dress well. I have always been a shy person, but have recently become more extroverted and am known to be a very relaxed, fun loving kind of guy with a very positive attitude by my friends. I have grown up with a slight lack of confidence. I’m very self-conscious of my weight, etc. as I used to be chubby right up until college. Now, I’ve almost made it all the way to a six-pack and am told by many people that I seem very physically fit. Instead of the usual partying and going ‘crazy’ in my first years of college, I have focused more on my career and goals. Now, I am more focused than ever, but realized that I haven’t had much fun (with the ladies) in the time being. My last relationship was over three years ago, and I haven’t had any real sexual contact with women since then. I am in no rush to get into a relationship, but just wish to feel ‘wanted’ by the ladies. As for the party scene, I do go out to parties/clubs once in a while with other guy friends my age, and sometimes end up dancing with some hot chicks. But the problem that I face is initially approaching girls, and if I am dancing with one - then starting to talk to her - getting her number, taking it to the next step, etc. Also, in a social setting, I always run into many beautiful women, who are either friends of friends or random strangers - but find difficulty in initiating conversation, etc. I have built up my self-confidence lately but not to the extent at which I would easily be able to approach girls and be that smooth, cool guy I’ve always wanted to be. I guess what I’m really looking for is a major confidence boost, which I would get by knowing that I am desirable by beautiful women. I received my first bottle of Ammunition 1x, and a free to-go bottle of Turn Up the Heat (🙂 Thank you!!!) early Monday morning before heading to work and decided to begin testing. I tried two sprays of Ammo - one to the neck and one to the throat area and noticed major self-effects (increased calmness, felt very confident, and better posture) and a few looks or IOI’s here and there. Today, I tried one spray of TUTH to-go on the side of the neck and 1 spray of Ammo to the throat area and noticed absolutely no hits at all. Welcome to the forum! Mixing TUTH and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is probably a bit overkill at your age. Men around your age produce quite a bit of none already and that is the main ingredient in TUTH so if you do use it you should be good with only one spray and may want to mix it with IS, IO, or both. If you do mix it with Ammo, most would suggest buffering heavily with IS and IO. IS and IO will be a good next purchase though and IS has a confidence boosting self-effect for many users. For a MAJOR confidence boost, you should look into A314. It’s a bit pricey for a college student but it’s well worth it for those who have purchased it. You could also try IG or MX347 for a less expensive version with similar effects. Mones can only help so much and you may be well-served reading more about talking to women and even pick-up techniques if that’s something you’re interested in. It will give you a better idea of what to do and thus boost your confidence. Good luck. ---

Hi deepu, welcome to the forum 🙂 I would recomend to you along with the IO, some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). For me ammo along is enough to boos my confidence, but for some people that role alone belongs to Instant Shine, and for many a combo between Shine and ammo is the way to go. Deepu welcome to pherotalk ! 🙂 Im glad you finally decided to throw your hand into this community. But two years man !? Well that means you are well versed with everything here and know how nice and welcoming the forums are and its members so i dont have to tell you about that, and it looks like you already got a couple good products. I have a feeling you are going to be telling yourself as you use the products that geesh i followed this for two years and never took the plunge? what was i thinking i wish i had used them sooner 😉 I have to back up what boogieman said, you may have experienced an OD if you are familiar with that from reading the forums. If you have too much -none on you will be avoided or receive no hits at all. Find your sweet spot with each mone and know that tuth is generally reserved for the bedroom as it is high in -none, or buffered correctly in nightclubs. Youve got some good suggestions on other products that you should try out and i support the IO and IS purchases and think you should try them out. You may also want to check out different ethnicity and their reactions to -none. You can do a search using that function at the top of the page. Best of luck to you! 🙂 ---
