Hi my name is yug23 and I am a female in my early twenties. I have always been quite interested in pheromones but never did enough research to get that extra push to purchase any. After reading several of the threads here I have to say I am blown away by the amount of information here and the effects of pheromones themselves! I never knew that there were other types of effects other than sexual attraction and it’s all very interesting to read. I really like the friendly atmosphere of the forum as well, no unpleasant and rude comments that you would get at other places. Everyone seems extremely helpful and so informative. I’m sure I will coming back here a lot 🙂 I have always been quite into perfumes and scents, I have a scent?(would you call it? smell?) fetish and like buying perfumes and my mood changes a lot with nice scents. I would like to purchase a few of the [spray pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) that I have been reading about here and as I live in europe at the moment, I need to pay quite a bit for the shipping so I would like to buy a few types to try out to get my shipping costs worthwhile. I am interested in Instant Sexiness A and B, Instant Honesty, and Instant Shine. I am thinking of maybe buying the travel sizes for three and picking one regular size, possibly even two (if I am convinced I will love it that is because it can get total adds up…) I am leaning towards Instant Sexiness A or B but cannot decide which would suit me more, even after reading several of the threads. I am a very self conscious person and I’m not confident at all although many people say that I am a very attractive person(I hope I am not sounding conceited because I don’t believe I am good looking). So perhaps the A type will make me more confident in a strong way I had thought. On the other hand, many people perceive me as a cutesy, girly character (I am korean) and in that case would B suit me more? I feel that if I have that extra bit of confidence, I could do really well, not just in attracting the opposite sex, but how I approach my peers or at my workplace, etc. Could anyone offer me any advice or recommend a type to me please? Welcome to PheroTalk, yug! It really is a friendly, knowledgeable forum, which is a large part of what pulled me in as well. I’m the same way with scents. I love buying samples of perfumes and colognes, and when I meet new people, the way they smell has a big impact on me. I don’t know much about the women’s products, but I’m sure one of the women on the forum will be here soon to help you out. If not, you could just start a thread in the women’s section and ask. As for the Instant Shine and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), those are both great. I’ve never used Instant Shine that much (I just always buy other things) but I love Instant Honesty and wear it all the time. Don’t worry about sounding conceited! It’s not a bad thing to think you’re attractive, as long as you don’t become absorbed with yourself or think yourself better than other people because of it. You’re probably really cute, and if you let yourself know it, you will appear confident without having to flaunt your looks like so many “hot” girls I know. ---

Hey and welcome. I’m sure some of the lady members will be able to give you good advice. Don’t worry about sounding conceited or a lack of confidence though - the entire human experience is charactised by 99% of people feeling they have less value than they actually do have. The important thing is that we recognise in ourseleves that we all have the potential to be amazing. The wonder of spraying [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) is that they help me, and many like me, appreciate all we can be by making it so much easier to be ourselves 🙂 This is a friendly place and in my experience any question is quickly answered. Hello and welcome to the forum. Glad to see you here. I promise you there are active women here on the forum and I hope sillykitty comes by to say hello sometime soon. And a lot of the women who are here are also into scents/perfumes/aromatherapy. So you should have a lot in common to chat about with them. I think your initial Phero ideas were good - IS/b, IH and Ishine. I would recommend going with IS/b as it seems to match your personality more. IS/a is a much more aggressive mix but if that really is not you I would stick with the IS/b at first. A lot of the ladies have and use both but I would master the one that best suits you and then give the other a try. IS/a might well help you feel more confident and assertive once you try it - and in that case it would probably work even better for you. IH is one of my favorite products. It helps people feel connected to you and opens up some deeper conversations as a result. But if you are shy around people then maybe Io would be a good product too. It helps with those intitial chatty conversations. If you want both then maybe consider CTTM2. It combines the main ingredients of both in one mix. IShine is another great choice. One of the itneresting things about pheros is that they often work the same for people who share ethnic backgrounds Check out threads and the journal by Remmy. She is not active right now as she is very busy in school but she is also Korean. The thing to remember is that personality-wise she is just the opposite - she is very outgoing so some of the more aggressive mixes might worked very well with her. Thank you both for your replies! I’m still reading a lot of the threads and gathering information. I think it would be good to try the “basic” ones first and see how I get along. I feel with Instant Sexiness both A and B are worth trying, and definitely [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)! Thanks for the advice on looking at Remmy’s posts, will do that right away! ---

I just got my order yesterday and WOW it was so fast! I live in the UK so I thought it that it would be at least 5days even though it says 1-3 days. i never knew that things could travel round the world so fast lol. I decided to several types, IS/A and B, Instant Shine, Instant Honesty, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), and I even got a free gift of CTTM! I loved the little note they left for me on the invoice (also the two pieces of chocolate) so i tried IS/a yesterday with one spray on the chest and didnt feel any effects or any difference, so i sprayed it twice more. still nothing, and right before I met up with this guy sprayed it behind my neck again, but if anything I felt the guy was distant/avoiding me…he was quiet as well. He likes strong girls so i didnt think an alpha vibe would scare him but is it possible I ODed? I know I have to be patient and try with one spray and build up until I find my sweet spot (from reading all the threads) but I got impatient, I think from reading everyone’s posts I was really eager to see sth. I have a few questions that if someone could help answer would be great. 1. What actually is it when you OD? what are the negatives that occurr? (I think if i know what could happen I’ll freak a bit and not overuse lol) 2. When you say ‘one’ ‘two’ spray/sprays, it is really just ‘one’ and ‘two’ isn’t it? (sorry that must sound stupid) the reason I ask is because, one spray just seems so little. with perfume I only spray 1-3 times but because I can smell it quite strongly. with the pheromones, I cant smell them at all so I wonder if they are on/working. 3. How long do they last and do you reapply? I’ve read that they last about 4-6hours was it? and it differs with each type. I was wondering how often to reapply. 4. Last finally silly silly question, feel rather dumb to ask but everyone is friendly here so why not? here it goes, so with the guy that i might have ‘scared off’ a bit, if i see him next time could I erase that impression I left yesterday by using something else? maybe make him forget… thanks for reading, looking forward to your replies! ---

I just remembered one more question I had, it rains SO much in the UK as you all may know, and Im constantly getting wet in the rain (hate umbrellas) What happens when where you sprayed gets wet? Espcially your hair? I have long hair down to the waist and flick around and play with it a lot so I spray there. I have read that even after you wash your clothes the pheremones may still stay but just wondered anyway. thanks! ---

Its normal to just want to go crazy when you first get them, I think we all do that at first, lol. But finding your sweet spot on each product is important, and you ultimately end up wasting less product by doing so. Not all products cause OD, such as [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Pheros are different, you don’t need to use too much - sometimes less is more. Two sprays might give you the best effects, but then three may be too much. > [@yug23](#): > > 1. Just reapply if it gets washed off. Also, if you post your questions in the womens section, more people will see them and you will get more replies. 🙂
