Hi everybody, My name is James and I am getting into the Phero game for what is technically the second time. I bought that Pherlure crap before doing my homework and received a bottle of spray water basically. I’m 22 and working in Houston right now in a typical 9-5 office. I recently purchased A314, Ammo, and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I’m a little weary about going out on my own trying this stuff so I joined this forum in order to get the skinny on how to properly use Phero. Thanks ---

Thanks Hey there and welcome! Most recommend doing these solo at first and finding your sweet spot. I would start with A314 personally causeits my favorite. It will raise your status to others, which is great for work. and it can make you more confident and give you some energy. ammo is a great attractant… kind of sexual but kind of social too so its not too much to wear most places. IS is great for everything cause its just fun and happy. Let us know if you have more questions! ---

It’s going to be a pain, and I know it’s so detailed but the best way you can really tell how you can get the best out of these [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) is to follow this guideline. I’ve used this guideline even to the single molecule chemicals and it works really well in identifying what works and what doesn’t for you. [How to find your sweet spot… - PheroTalk Pheromone Research Forum](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-find-your-sweet-spot/22146/1) I’ve tried A314 in dosages of 1 drop (when I go out) to 6 drops, and I’ve found my sweet spot to be either in the 2-3 drop ranges for my office job and 1-2 for my normal going out mixes. I know you will find mixes out there, but I would suggest that you go at it one by one. Find out what it does for you then start adding. Hey guys I appreciate all the feedback so far. And now I have gone over most of the newbie stuff and the descriptions and what not. However I cannot find anywhere the recommended locations to experiment for A314. I could find where to use [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IShine though. I wouldn’t ask but when I put words like location and spot and A314, my searches seem to bring up far too many forums and posts. Thanks ---

If you do “advanced search” and then “search by title”, you should have better success. But in the meantime, please share some info about your personality and communication skills. Are you confident and outgoing, or more on the shy side? What kinds of situations are you thinking of using pherosin? Work? School? Romance? Friendships? What kinds of effects do you hope to see? Physically I’m 5’11", I work out a helluvalot as I am training for the military, I would say that I’m good looking (not to sign like an ass) and am 22. So I’d guess my -none level is decently high, but how would i really know. 1 on 1 I can approach anybody if it’s not a sexually threatening situation (aka work, school). I am starting to do better at approaching people in bars, but even then I would not call myself cocky or confident but I am getting there. Summarily, I’d say that I can approach people when driven but I still get scared to approach attractive chicks alot of the time (like alot of men i guess). My problem is that I can’t seem to seal the deal and that is what I primarily need the phero for. My biggest problem in college was chatting up attractive girls all night, making them laugh…and then watching them leave when the party ends. I want to: 1. FINISH THE DEAL 2. GET MORE ATTENTION FROM WOMEN 3. GET OUT OF FRIEND ZONE Thanks ---

Thanks for the info! To get more attention from women, go with Ammo. It will give your confidence and sex appeal a nice boost. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will help with that occasional approach anxiety. To get out of the friend zone, Instant Honesty will add depth and intimacy to conversations, women will feel more comfortable around you and tend to trust you more. Women need to feel some sort of emotional bond with guys before letting them get closer, IH will help with that. To “seal the deal”, go with Turn Up The Heat. The best thing you can do is to NOT pressure her to hang out any further that evening, but if she seems to like you (and you her), get her number and call her later for a proper date so she can get to know who you really are as a person and vice versa. This will show her that you respect her and don’t think of her as just a quick lay, and she will like you that much more because of it. ---
