Hello everybody! I have read a few posts in here and I must say I’m really interested to try pheromone out for myself. I’m a 25 year old guy from Hong Kong. I consider myself to be the shy guy type. I’m completely comfortable talking with strangers (perhaps due to my job nature), but there’s a place that gives me headache - bar and clubs. In those places, I feel completely lost and have serious approach anxiety, my mind just goes blank. So I’m thinking to try [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) as a way to relieve my anxiety. For now I am looking for the kind of pheromone that can boost myself esteem and cast an image on other people that I’m confident. However I would like to have the pheromone inducing more effect on my rather than on other people, because I worry that will I know pheromone isn’t going to be an instant fix but I believe I can use the extra boost. Concluding the reviews that people give in this forum, I am thinking about IShine. As I’m a newbie to pheromone, I’m open to all suggestions. ---

Hey there and welcome! The product you’re talking about is absolutely A314… it’s expensive but lasts longer than most alcohol based mones because it’s oil… but man this mix just gives you energy and makes you feel like a king. It raised my confidence quite a bit over time and is really amazing. Other things that can help at clubs are [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)… this one is a sexual attractant but is also buffered to be social so you can wear it ALMOST anywhere. IO and IH make you and others comfortable around you and can make people chatty, especially IH. IShine is great because it just makes people feel great! Let us know how things go for you! ---

Empath pretty nailed it exactly. A314 for confidence. IO to appear social and Instant Shine as a mood booster to you and those around you! If A314 is a bit too expensive [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) is a good alternative! Ammo is great for a bit of a sexual kick and a nice cologne scent.
